My experience with Audacity Capital has been the worst I’ve had with any prop firm. The common thread: rules that change whenever it suits them.
Consistency rule. Audacity publicly states that the consistency rule has been removed. Yet, after that statement was published, I was made to repeat Phase 2 more than once because of a consistency requirement.
Fee refund. The challenge fee refund advertised with the first payout was denied because of a generic “reset” during verification, a condition I could not find anywhere in their program rules.
Account termination. My funded account was then terminated for “copy trading”. I have never copied anyone. My account ran a range breakout EA, and their “evidence” showed that only 9 of my 43 trades opened in the same second as other accounts, which is exactly what happens when stop orders sit at the same price levels. Stops, lot sizes and exits were all different, and the other accounts sometimes closed before me and sometimes after me. That is not copy trading.
I sent a detailed appeal based on their own data and server prices, and asked for a call with their Senior Team. Both answers were copy-paste templates: “the decision is final”. Not one of my points was addressed, and the profits on the account were kept.
To be fair, my first payout was paid. But in my experience this firm changes the rules as it goes and does not look at the evidence once a decision is made. If you are looking for a fair prop firm, choose another one.

I trade my account for 6 days. In not breaking any law news trading and daily trailing drawdown or whatever it is. I've screen shot all my trade in case you gonna tell me i'm a Gambler or not good trading behavior.
I request payout and it's under review for a while week. Review for a week and payout for how many weeks?
I will deleted my review if i get the payout soon. If i'm not getting any payout. I will rate another 1 start and shared the screen shot of my trade that i make.

I purchased one account 6 months ago and i've been consistently risking 2% of my drawdown , 50euros on a 2500 DD , i have made 2 trades a day and took me 6 months of intense work to reach the objectives . After waiting almost a week for a review i recieve this email :

I cannot believe i was betrayed like this all my time and work wasted and they just reset the account

This company is just a scammer, they lure with higher drawdown rate and lower entry fee only to manufacture rules you didn't break to deny you your live account or payout when you reach the stage. I passed their challenge without breaking any rule but when it was time for live account they came with 3 minutes rule which I obv didn't break because I'm a swing trader

I am extremely disappointed with Audacity Capital due to repeated delays in processing my payouts.
I submitted my payout request on October 6, 2026, and today, October 15, I am still waiting for my money. Audacity Capital states that payouts take 3–5 business days, but my payout has exceeded that timeframe, and I have still not received it.
Whenever I contact support, I receive the same response: that my payout is in the queue, has been marked as a priority, and will be processed soon. However, these assurances have not resulted in my payment being released.
This is not the first time I have experienced this problem. I have faced similar delays two or three times before, with payouts taking around 8–9 days. As a trader who has been associated with Audacity Capital for years and has received payouts in the past, I find this repeated delay unacceptable.
A company should not advertise a 3–5 business day payout timeframe if it cannot consistently meet that commitment. Traders deserve transparency, reliable payments, and clear answers instead of repeated assurances without a confirmed payment date.
I want Audacity Capital to release my pending payout immediately and provide a clear explanation for these repeated delays.
Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise other traders to carefully consider payout reliability and customer support before choosing this firm. My concern is not just the delay itself, but the repeated delays and the lack of a clear resolution.
Audacity Capital, please release my payout and give traders the transparency and reliability they deserve.
