Every prop firm listed here is scored on its own Trustpilot profile – the star rating and the review count are pulled from Trustpilot’s API and refreshed twice a week, not hand-entered. Sort by rating or review volume, open a firm’s recent reviews inline, then compare the brand against its current coupon codes in our prop firm discount archive. Ratings reflect service quality only; they do not endorse a firm’s trading conditions, and a high score with few reviews is worth less than the star alone suggests.
Most of this directory is well-rated: of the 116 firms scored, 58 sit at 4.0 stars or above β 24 at 4.5 and up, 34 between 4.0 and 4.4. The rest is where the reading matters: 44 land in the 3.0s and 14 below 3.0, with a median of 4.0. A 4.9 and a 4.6 at the top of the list are the same story; a 3.8 is a materially worse record than most firms here, and you should treat it as one.
Volume matters more than the decimal. These firms carry 611,590 Trustpilot reviews between them, and 103 of the 116 hold 100 or more β at that size a star average is stable and comparable across brands. Below it, read the score as a direction rather than a measurement: a young firm with a payout backlog can swing half a star on one bad week of tickets, and prop-firm review histories are thin until a firm has survived a full cycle of selling, passing and withdrawing.
Why do we show Trustpilot scores instead of rating firms ourselves?
Because our own scores would be the weaker number. Grading these firms ourselves would mean inventing a rubric, scoring services we do not trade through, and rating the same firms that pay our affiliate commissions β a conflict every reader should discount. Trustpilot is third-party, its profiles are public, and the rating and review count here are pulled straight from its API on a twice-weekly sync. What editorial control we do have is the gate you can see: only firms with a live, successfully synced profile appear in the directory at all.
What does a high rating actually prove?
Service quality, not trading quality. Trustpilot reviews measure customer handling β support response, payout processing, refund behavior β and say nothing about drawdown rules, consistency targets or account pricing. A 4.7-star firm can still have tight rules; a 4.1-star firm can still pay every withdrawal. Use this directory for trust, each brand page for trading conditions, and if the firm you like also appears in our best prop firm discount codes ranking, you get price and trust on the same screen before you commit.
Ratings last synced October 12, 2026. Every figure on this page is computed from the cards above at render time β when the directory changes, this text changes with it.
