Your statement that all four payouts were reduced to 10% is incorrect. Your first payout, on 5 August, was paid at the full applicable 70% profit share on your earlier $50k account. Your subsequent three payouts on the $100k account were reduced to a 10% profit share and paid.
The reductions followed documented Risk reviews identifying repeated loss-following directional reversals, rapid re-entry after losses, and recovery-driven trading patterns. Earlier examples included reversing direction just two seconds after a losing trade and repeatedly reopening positions within seconds of losses. The review messages explained these concerns and provided guidance on independently justified entries, market reassessment and consistent risk management.
Your latest review was also not based solely on a direction change after 12 hours. It included a reversal less than minutes after a losing trade, alongside other sequences assessed collectively.
Changing direction or placing a new trade after a loss is not, by itself, a violation. The concern is a repeated pattern of reactive trading aimed at recovering previous losses rather than executing a structured strategy. Dashboard indicators do not replace the broader assessment of trading conduct required during payout review.
The decisions referenced the applicable trading terms, including Section 7.1 and, in the latest review, Section 7.26 on gambling behaviour. Following repeated concerns across payout cycles and the corrective guidance provided, we have also restricted further purchases.
