Hola Prime 40% Off $5K Forex and $25K Futures Challenge Pricing

My experience with Hola Prime was a roller coaster. I previously left a positive review and recommended the company to friends. When I first made a mistake around a news release, my account was below its starting balance. The support team reviewed my case and reinstated the account. I appreciated that and felt they had considered my situation individually.
When I made another timing mistake on my $100,000 2-Step FLY Phase 1 challenge, the outcome was different. I opened an XAUUSD trade 54 seconds before the restricted news window ended. I closed it two seconds later at a loss. I accept responsibility for opening the trade too early, and I understand that I had already been given an exception.
This time, my challenge balance was $101,730.53. I was up $1,730.53, which was about 22% of the $8,000 Phase 1 profit target. Hola Prime treated the trade as a hard breach, closed the account and upheld the decision after I appealed.
What disappointed me most was that the response gave me no sense that my broader history as a customer had been considered. I’ve been learning and trading for about a year, paid for multiple Hola Prime challenges, never received a payout and now have no active accounts with the company. I would have accepted a suspension for a week, two weeks or even a month, or a reset to the original $100,000 balance so I could start Phase 1 from scratch. The response upheld the closure and offered no alternative.
I believe firms like Hola Prime should have room to consider the circumstances of each case and whether a temporary restriction or a reset would be a fair response to an honest mistake. Based on my experience, I’d urge anyone considering the FLY challenge to read the news trading rules carefully before paying. I used to recommend Hola Prime. As things stand, I no longer can. If the company takes a different approach to my case, I’ll update this review to reflect it.

Hola prime has slippage especially in market order. I saw 4/5 points slippage. Otherwise they are ok.
