Bitfunded 100% Profit Split On First Payout Across All Challenge Sizes

This Bitfunded promotion increases the trader’s share to a 100% profit split on their first payout for all new challenge sizes, but it does not alter the underlying evaluation rules or risk limits.

For a limited time, new challenge purchases include a 100% profit split applied exclusively to the first payout. This offer is valid across all account sizes and applies only to new accounts acquired during the promotional period. The standard profit split is temporarily bypassed for the initial withdrawal, allowing traders to keep the full amount generated.

Who this may suit

This structure may suit individuals planning to purchase a new evaluation account and seeking to maximize capital retention on their initial successful withdrawal.

Who should be cautious

Traders should be cautious if they historically struggle to reach the funded payout stage, as the enhanced split provides no financial benefit during the evaluation phases or if the account is breached prior to a withdrawal.

What this discount does not change

This promotion only modifies the initial payout ratio. It does not reduce the upfront entry cost, evaluation targets, drawdown limits, or ongoing trading risk parameters.

You should run away before it s to…

You should run away before it s to late. This app will only create you problem or rob your money. First there is never a payout that goes well simply 0. And you will be lucky they don t find a Rule to rob half of your benefits like they just did to me finding the shit i est excuses they could telling me i had a position open For 5 days so it break the rules… a disgrâce of an app. and that without speaking about all the others problem you can have of your account not working, them making you loose Time blockîg your account or else. You Will also see your profits be cut like crazy and once on your account and they will find an excuse of fees but that would make them more than 100% some Times. Since I signed in I only got problems and I wish I never went to bitfunded. I have all the receipt for the one that would doubt that this almost a Scam that just don t want you to be succesfull they want you to fail the challenges that why when you succeed they will just make it realy hard for you.rhe only thing they are good at… « understanding your frustration » that you will hear a lot.

Hello,
First, we sincerely apologize for the issues you have experienced and understand your frustration.
Whenever you have contacted us regarding an issue, our team has made efforts to assist you and find a resolution. In some instances, we have also provided complimentary accounts as a gesture of goodwill to help address your concerns.
Regarding the payout deduction, Bitfunded operates under a set of clearly defined trading rules that are publicly accessible to all traders. The holding-time rule is part of these requirements, and any applicable penalty is assessed in accordance with the established rules.
We understand that you may disagree with the outcome, but we aim to apply our rules consistently and transparently to all traders. Our intention is not to prevent traders from succeeding, but to ensure that everyone operates under the same conditions.
We appreciate you sharing your feedback with us. We take our traders’ concerns seriously and remain committed to providing a fair and transparent trading environment
Thaank you

The Continued Baseless Allegations and Improper Conduct by Bitfunded's Head of Support

Just when I thought the situation could not possibly get any worse, Bitfunded's Head of Support, somehow managed to take it to an entirely new level.
Apparently, at Bitfunded, the job of the Head of Support is not necessarily to resolve customer concerns, provide reasonable explanations, or substantiate serious accusations. Instead, my experience has been a seemingly endless cycle of allegations, shifting explanations, unanswered questions, and declarations that the company's decision is final. Truly outstanding professionalism.
1. Serious allegations first, evidence and explanations later — or perhaps never?
The Head of Support repeatedly accused me of the continued posting of reviews using multiple email addresses, allegedly making them appear to come from different individuals.
These are serious allegations, not casual remarks. I repeatedly challenged the Head of Support to substantiate her claims. Rather interestingly, she could not answer me, flip-flopped and subsequently acknowledged that I was not currently posting reviews using multiple email addresses, yet continued referring to alleged breaches of previous commitments, another lie that the Head of Support cannot substantiate with evidence.
So which is it?
When I questioned the apparent inconsistencies, I received irrelevant and false explanations of the continued activity rather than what I considered satisfactory evidence of the specific alleged breach. What an interesting approach: make an accusation, shift the explanation when challenged, and then insist the matter has already been addressed.
2. A Head of Support who appears allergic to answering direct questions
Throughout this dispute, I repeatedly asked straightforward questions and provided detailed explanations supporting my position. Instead of properly addressing the specific issues I raised, I frequently received variations of the same response: the team has reviewed the matter, the offer is final, and no further explanations will be provided. How wonderfully convenient! Apparently, repeating that a decision is "fair" is supposed to make it fair. Who needs a convincing explanation when you can simply announce that further discussion is over?
3. The ever-changing definition of a "fair resolution"
The refund proposal went from a previously stated full refund to 50%, before a full refund was subsequently offered again. At one stage, the Head of Support explicitly stated that the 50% refund would only be processed after the reviews in question were removed. Meanwhile, my concerns regarding failed accounts and the drawdown already affecting my 38 remaining active accounts were not resolved to my satisfaction. Yet retaining those accounts was repeatedly presented as a significant goodwill gesture. A refund proposal that changes, existing account problems that remain, and a customer expected to accept the outcome without further questions. Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant.
4. Unresolved support concerns and an apparent reluctance to communicate
I had already contacted support before posting further reviews and had experienced days without a response while my concerns remained unresolved. I also questioned why a support ticket appeared to have been marked as resolved. Bitfunded subsequently explained that tickets had been merged rather than simply closed. But that explanation did not address my underlying frustration: my questions were still outstanding. Eventually, the Head of Support repeatedly stated that no further communication or explanations would be provided unless I was ready to proceed with Bitfunded's proposed resolution. So much for having a meaningful discussion.
5. From customer support to references to account termination and legal representatives
As the dispute continued, the correspondence included statements about terminating my accounts, banning access to the platform, and potentially referring matters to legal representatives. All this while I was continuing to challenge allegations, request substantiation, and seek what I considered a fair and complete resolution. Is this genuinely how Bitfunded believes dissatisfied customers should be handled? I find this especially troubling coming from someone holding the title of Head of Support, a position that should demonstrate professionalism, consistency, accountability, and the ability to handle legitimate disagreements.
6. Horrible Customer Service
The Head of Support promised a reply “tomorrow". Only after 3 days, she repeated the team’s decision, leaving me waiting for an answer they’d already settled on. There was no reply for over 72 hours, even after my email was seen—utterly disrespectful and unprofessional.
