Lucid Trading 40% Off Any Evaluation Entry Fee

I am extremely disappointed with how Lucid Trading handles loyal traders. On September 17, 2026, my account was permanently closed due to an automated batch sweep alleging ">=1 chargeback + 0 active accounts."
I want to state clearly that I have NEVER requested any chargeback, refund, or payment dispute through my bank. My previous account reached its maximum loss limit, and I accepted the breach gracefully without ever attempting to reverse any transactions.
I reached out to Customer Support and provided my official Bank Statement (Krungthai Travel Card), which explicitly proves that all transactions were successfully settled as valid payments, with zero chargebacks or reversals. Unfortunately, Customer Support (Kenny) completely ignored my bank-issued evidence and closed my ticket with a generic template stating the decision is "final."
It appears Lucid Trading's automated anti-fraud sweep is flagging false positives and banning innocent users. Worse, support refuses to escalate clear banking proof to the Compliance or Billing team for a proper manual review.
If you are considering Lucid Trading, be aware that your profile can be falsely banned at any time by a system glitch, with zero willingness from support to check legitimate bank documents.

I purchased a trading evaluation/account service from LUCID Trading. After payment, my account was unexpectedly blocked and access was terminated, even though I did not violate any stated rules or terms of service. The merchant has not provided sufficient evidence of any violation and has refused to restore my account or provide a reasonable resolution.

ok, for those who may wander how Lucid trading firm works..If you hit few successful trades and then loose $3000, which is their drawdown, then you will gonna have to reset the account, so once you open the account, in my example $100.000 account, and you bring up lets say to $104-105.000 and then loosing trades will bring you down to $103-102.000 you will have to reset the account, not expected $97.000, which they tell you in the beginning, so they calculate from your profit $3000 drawdown limit, for those who might try to open the account, be mindful...
