Extremely disappointing

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. Since making my payment, I have struggled to get responses to my support emails and have not received fair or satisfactory answers to my questions and requests. I deeply regret paying for a service where the customer support has fallen so far below my expectations. Based on my experience, I would be very reluctant to recommend this company.

They didn't respect their own rule...

They didn't respect their own rule...
I broke their marging rule. Unaware of this fact as i am used to trade with more leverage than what they offer. Their rule is :
"[IMPORTANT] What happens if I exceed the 20% margin cap in my Funded Account?
First violation β†’ Profit from the breaching trade(s) will be deducted and the Funded account will continue, with a warning email issued.
Second violation β†’ The account fails, and any remaining payout is declined."
But nothing of this happened, in fact they don't send you any mail and then if you are not carefull you breach the rule again. Yes i breach the rule but if they had send me the mail as soon as i did the mistake i could have corrected my lots immediately and be i the game again respecting everything. I was honest. I had to realise the mistake by myself but it was too late...
But the worse is that when i asked for help and to review my trades they refused . They didn't fail my account, they would let me trade until i ask for reward and tell me then that i breached the rule. Not only i would loose my money but they also don't have respect for my time. And the way they answer your mail is showing this mentality too. Actually their AI answer service is more respectfull than the humans you can mail with...
For my experience they are more expensive than average but are giving a service that is even worse than average...
If they don't respect this rule what other of their own rules are they not going to respect ?...
Hope this message will help other traders to take the right decision.

Hi,
We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment and understand your concerns regarding the margin rule and communication.
As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, the first margin violation results in the deduction of profits generated from the breaching trades, while a second violation may result in account failure and rejection of payouts. These rules apply consistently across all funded accounts.
We understand your feedback concerning the notification process, and we know the importance of timely communication. Your comments will be shared with the relevant team as we continue working to improve the trader experience.
Thank you for sharing your concerns.

Completely DEVASTATED by this

I am completely devastated by this experience. I have always trusted this brand and company, and I did not mind spending nearly $2K on challenges. After some time, I decided to purchase a $50K instant funded account because I was truly confident in my process and risk management. I managed to make a profit of $2.3K and then requested a withdrawal, since all the conditions had been met. In response, they simply deleted my account, assertively claiming that "we checked your account and saw that it was being used in a way that doesn't look like just one person trading alone." This is a complete lie and entirely untrue. I occasionally use NordVPN for work purposes, which I had already mentioned before to their support chat, and they told me it was totally fine (this is on their support chat records). All trades were made from a single laptop, with perhaps one or two executed from my phone. I feel devastated, scammed, and betrayed after putting so much effort into affording this. And now I'm treated as if I had done something wrong. As far as I can see, this has been an issue for many other traders, so please, do yourself a favour and run away from this company. If you "FunderPro people" see this message, at least have the dignity to give me back the money I spent on this account, because I DID NEVER EVER DO ANYTHING WRONG

Hi,
We’re sorry to hear how disappointing this experience has been and understand your frustration regarding the account closure and payout decision.
Account access reviews are not based on VPN usage or isolated IP matches alone. The Risk team considers broader access patterns and additional security indicators identified through system analysis and manual review, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
If you believe the decision was made in error, we encourage you to submit a formal appeal with any relevant supporting details so the Risk Team can review the circumstances. We take these concerns seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address them through the appropriate process.

Payout denied for IP sharing β€” happy to map the ranges if the file is reopened and evidence is provided

I am a funded trader in Spain. FunderPro failed the account and denied the payout for IP sharing under Clause 13.4. They have said in writing that margin was not the reason the account failed.
Some IP ranges were cited with the last digits masked. In the RIPE database these are TelefΓ³nica de EspaΓ±a and Vodafone EspaΓ±a allocations. I traded only on MetaTrader 5 on my personal iPhone, from home Wi-Fi, my own mobile data, and my office gateway.
I accept that two short metals trades exceeded the 20% margin cap. I asked for the published first-violation remedy on those trades: deduct that profit and process the payout. That was refused because of the IP finding.
On 2 October I asked whether each match was the same full IP as another client or only the same ISP prefix, whether any matched account was mine, whether the device was a single iPhone, and for the login times. That request has not been answered.
I am not asking for a public debate. I will map each range to home, mobile or office as soon as the timestamps are confirmed, and I will update this review if the logs are provided or the payout is processed net of the margin-trade profit. Account reference available by ticket or direct message.

Hi,
We understand your concerns regarding the payout decision and the IP-sharing review.
To clarify, compliance decisions are not based on IP address similarities alone. Reviews consider broader account-access patterns and additional security indicators identified through system analysis and manual review. For security and privacy reasons, we cannot disclose raw logs, specific login details, or proprietary detection criteria publicly.
As previously communicated, the account failure and the margin review were separate matters. If you wish to challenge the IP-sharing finding, please continue through the formal appeal process so the risk team can review any additional information provided.
Thank you for sharing your concerns.
