Honestly feel like you can't trust them. My community and I have asked for explanations on payouts and forms of rules, yet the lack of communication and clarity is very alarming.
Payouts are the biggest head ache when it comes to this firm. Support is there right away don't get me wrong, but when you need clarity and answers... GOOD LUCK. Nothing but delays and games.
If I was someone looking at this review, trust me when I say look else where. Don't work your tail off on a challenge and to get a payout just to receive nothing but a bigger headache and challenge to even get the payout itself.

This is for anyone considering FXIFY: I’m currently having a serious issue getting my payout resolved.
I requested a payout of $X,XXX after meeting the account requirements. Every trade is documented, and to my knowledge, I have complied with all applicable account requirements and trading rules.
For the past week, I have contacted FXIFY support repeatedly trying to get clarity on what is causing the delay. Not once, not twice, not three times—but multiple times.
The frustrating part isn’t simply that the payout is delayed. It’s the complete lack of clarity surrounding the delay.
Each time I contact support, I’m essentially given the same response: the issue is being “escalated to the finance team.” I was told this a week ago, yet when I contact support again, I’m once again told that it is now being escalated.
At this point, I still have not received a clear explanation of what is actually holding up the payout.
Two support agents, Rose and Holar, separately told me that the issue had been escalated to the finance team and that a ticket had been created. When I asked for the ticket or reference number, I was told that it was not my concern and that I should not be asking for the ticket number, and that FXIFY would contact me when there was an update.
I have screenshots and recordings documenting these conversations and how this situation has been handled.
What makes this especially disappointing is that I previously had a positive opinion of FXIFY. The current lack of communication, transparency, and clear answers from support has completely changed my experience.
This is also my SECOND withdrawal from this same account.
My first withdrawal was another extremely frustrating process. I had to resubmit the withdrawal request multiple times before it was eventually approved. That experience involved repeated delays and hoops to jump through, and now I’m experiencing payout problems again on withdrawal #2.
Both of my withdrawal experiences have gone well beyond the “1–3 business days” timeframe FXIFY has communicated/listed for payouts.
As a trader, that is extremely frustrating. Traders are expected to follow every policy, FAQ, account requirement, risk parameter, and trading rule. I believe it is reasonable to expect the company to provide the same level of consistency and transparency when it comes time to process a legitimate payout.
I’m posting this so other traders can be aware of my experience.
I will update this publicly when the situation is resolved. If FXIFY processes the payout and provides an explanation, I will be completely transparent about that outcome as well.

Im still indifferent , i once made over 6000 dollars through trading lite and during the time it wasn't common knowledge that i had to leave money in the account to trade, first trade, closed out, i still believe strongly that fxify should give me a free 50k trading lite account considering it wws their lakc.of transparency that lead to me loosing that particular account
