Funded Trading Plus (FT+) 20% Discount & 9% Drawdown Upgrade

To all trader's, this is to inform you that I purchased pass and pay of FTP 100k Account, with 2% profit target, after I hit the target on September 21, 2026 and pay 489usd on September 24, 2026 they give the funded trading credentials, I contact support said KYC and Contract signing after all done, they give me Funded trading credentials but dis abled not tradable they said it takes 28-48 hours, but since Thursday and until today Sunday September 27, 2026 funded account still not tradable/disabled. I email Simon Paul Massey the owner of FTP+ which I know , he told me that he is no longer the owner.. I feel discomfort for my hard earned money is at stake , this is my second experience the other one at UPCOMERS, why propfirm take advantage for us to know that it's not easy for the refund of our money, please help, me fellow trader's I am a Filipino trader's, 6 yrs of loosing this prop space!

i Purchased a one Step challenge from FTP i place my first trade and i saw another opportunity so i placed a sell stop order and within 30 minutes i saw it on trading view that price has actually moved up whiles i was anticipating to sell so i wanted go On my MT5 and close that order because it didn't work but guess what i went on my FTP on MT5 seeing my order has not been triggered but I'm in loss like 600 dollars while on that anticipated trade i was even willing to risk 150 dollars so how come my stop loss is 150 dollars and I'm currently in loss like $600 meanwhile on my Tradingview price has not even reached where my order should get triggered Fast forward i received a message from them(Funded Trading Plus)that my account is breached due to daily drawdown so all of my running trades has been closed but till now as I'm typing the trades are still running i can't place any trade i did a screenshot of everything and contacted them they said they will respond to me and less that 24 hrs it's been days and have still not heard from them I contact them everyday they keep i should wait but i have still no response from them and it's been like 2 days

I have been trying to resolve a payout and account-record dispute with Funded Trading Plus for weeks, and the situation has become more concerning rather than clearer.
I preserved multiple screenshots from FTP’s portal showing withdrawal records as REJECTED, including Withdrawal 52700635. The same withdrawal now appears in the portal as APPROVED, with an approval date of August 3, 2026.
I repeatedly asked FTP for the underlying ledger, reconciliation, status history, and audit trail explaining what actually happened. They had already stated in writing that the requested ledger and payment records would be provided.
Instead, on September 9, 2026, FTP responded to my Subject Access Request correspondence by sending me a payout certificate and blockchain information. The certificate itself is dated July 31, 2026, yet the portal now says the withdrawal was approved on August 3, 2026. which is MORE than the 48 hour window they promise in policy. FTP still has not provided the underlying records explaining that chronology, why the withdrawal previously displayed as rejected, when the status changed, or what internal records connect the withdrawal to the payment they claim satisfied it.
A certificate is not the same thing as the ledger and audit information I specifically requested.
This has also followed a pattern since early September: I receive acknowledgments, requests for more time, or public responses, but the actual questions and requested records remain unresolved. FTP even responded publicly to my Trustpilot review while my direct requests for the underlying account records were still outstanding.
I have now escalated the data-access issue to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office and preserved the screenshots, emails, certificate, and changing portal records.
I am not asking anyone to accept my interpretation of the payment dispute. I am asking FTP to provide the complete historical records so the account history can actually be verified.

Just an update I have now received my hundred K challenge that I previously had problems receiving. They told me that the reason was is it was under DX trade platform when they no longer offer that platform which could be understandable however it did take a long time to correct but then again they did deliver eventually within one weeks time I call it like I see it so again I have received what I paid for as far as passing and receiving payouts, I will keep you guys posted because transparency and truth is everything!

The company started out great when I started trading last year.
I read the reviews and the company seemed to be fair towards traders and an upright community.
Now, I just recently discovered the company was sold to Instant Funding whom is the opposite of Funded Trading Plus.
It has been over a week, and I still have not received my payout request. The previous company policy was 48 hours, which in the past was honored.
Now, I feel like I am getting the run around after requesting updates from support and support stating the same reasons or not responding (please allow 48 hours to process payouts, your account was affected by the weekend hours, your account is still under review.)
Please avoid the company until better management is updated.
