Goat Funded Trader: 50% Off All Plans

​I successfully passed my Phase 2 challenge (Account #414643343), but instead of validating it, their system sent me a violation notice. The reason? They claim I traded XAUUSD during news on August 8th, 2026 on Phase 1.
​August 8th was a SATURDAY. The Gold market is closed. I have 0 trades logged on that day.
​I contacted support with my full trading history screenshots proving this massive system glitch. Instead of escalating to the Risk Team, their Level 1 support (Henry and Owen) keep sending me automated bot replies telling me to "adhere strictly to the rules."
How can I break a rule on a closed market on a weekend?
​I am waiting for a competent manager from the Risk Team to manually fix this glitch, remove the fabricated violation, and issue my Funded Account. I will update this review once a real human fixes this.

I am writing this review to warn traders about the complete incompetence and lack of responsibility at Goat Funded Trader.On September 28, 2026, I purchased a 2-Step Standard evaluation account and completed my payment via Confirmo. There was NO "Pay-Later" option selected, requested, or even offered on their checkout page. I paid the full required amount for the evaluation. Immediately after payment, their automated system emailed me credentials. Like any trader, I trusted that the firm delivered the correct account. I logged in, executed my strategy, made a (+4.4%) profit with a 100% win rate, closed my trading platform, and walked away. Afterwards, I discovered that their backend system mistakenly tagged the delivered credentials under a "Pay Later" model! Instead of taking responsibility for their own technical glitch, their support team tried to dismiss the issue, sent generic replies, and demanded I start over on a fresh account at $0 profit !!!!!!! completely wiping out my hard-earned daily gains! Here are the facts:I made a single payment for my challenge (backed by Binance & Confirmo receipts). I never paid for or requested a Pay-Later account. I used the EXACT credentials sent to my inbox right after purchase. Their platform's childish delivery errors and refusal to validate my profit (+4,4%) completely ruined my trading mindset and psychology today. An end-user cannot be penalized for an automated internal bug in a prop firm's system. Forcing a trader to pay for the firm's technical incompetence is outright unethical.I have all transaction hashes, email timestamp logs, checkout screenshots, and trading performance proofs. Until my +4,4% profit is fully recognized and transferred onto my official 2-Step account, this review will remain as a warning to the trading community. Update: When I contacted support, agent Hailey Alden took 30 to 45 minutes between every single reply and refused to resolve the issue, giving the absurd excuse that sending two different account details simultaneously for a single payment is "not a glitch," forcing me onto a $0 account and wiping out my 4,4% profit. She is trying to force me into paying for a "Pay Later" because i passed the evaluation phase with the 4% , so i have to pay the fees to upgrade just to unlock the funded phase lol !
Update: First, agent Hailey Alden literally abandoned the chat without resolving anything after giving me contradictory information. Then agent Zane Yates stepped in and casually claimed that the secondary account was a "free offered gift" sent automatically with every purchase! Since when do prop firms secretly slip unannounced "free gifts" into credential delivery emails without any warning, and then penalize you when you trade on them? To make matters worse, Zane was extremely rude, condescending, and didn't even attempt to find a fair solution or take responsibility for their system's total lack of transparency. His final response was literally: "Note that it won't be transferred. Why did you trade the account?" LOL ! The total lack of professionalism, internal contradiction, and unreliability of this support team is unbelievable.

50 k account blocked payout rejected 4 k usd before it was 150 k account block and payout rejection . Atleast give one guys .. so frustrating trading without even a loss day . In consistency all to get scammed .. they saying group trading I trade solo .. also send the message to risk team no t even a reply … show some manners Gft . Recently they are promoting their accounts . No one knowing me in India is gonna buy evals , I have acces to 150 k crypto forex community . All don’t want to have experience like this . Stay away guys protect your funds . I bought 18 evals to get scammed .. like this

it was in the past one of best but rn its a shity company they closed my acc in about a month rn and still didn't recive any clarification not in my email and not in the live support team btw not only me my friend also , and the last terms and counditions they edit bunch of their ruls made the almost imposible to pass all what they want right now is taking away your money as the did with me and a lot other poeple i didnt recomand to deal with'em any more and feel free to read other feedbacks
