Extremely disappointed with Audacity…

Extremely disappointed with Audacity Capital. My Gold trades were closed below my Stop Loss, causing a significantly larger loss and ultimately triggering a rule breach.
When I contacted support, I was simply told it was due to “slippage.” If your execution can go beyond the trader’s Stop Loss and cause a breach, that needs to be clearly explained and properly addressed.
This is not about losing a trade — it’s about execution and accountability. I have requested a review and adjustment of the loss if the execution was incorrect.
Based on my experience, I would not trust this firm.

Stop-loss execution can, depending on market conditions, liquidity and volatility, occur at a price different from the requested stop level. This is not something we would dismiss without reviewing the underlying execution data, particularly where the resulting loss has contributed to a rule breach.

I’ve had a very positive experience…

I’ve had a very positive experience with Audacity Capital and have now received my second payout.
What impressed me most was how they handled the challenge stage. They pointed out some rules I was breaking, including news trading, HFT and trades lasting less than 2 minutes. Instead of simply cancelling my account, they highlighted the issues and gave me the opportunity to correct them. This really helped educate me on their rules and made sure I understood what was expected before reaching the funded stage.
Whenever I’ve contacted support, they’ve always been polite, professional and helpful. A special mention to Rolando, who was particularly helpful whenever I dealt with him.
I’ve received two payouts so far and overall I’ve had a very good experience with Audacity. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend them.
