I contacted live chat with a lot of detailed questions about my Pay After Pass account: payouts, the consistency rule, how the trailing drawdown is calculated and when it locks, the daily reset time, and copy trading between my own accounts. Noel answered every question patiently and clearly, and even walked me through examples with real numbers when the help center article and my understanding didn't match. The answers were direct and honest, including when something isn't supported yet (scaling, merging accounts). I passed the evaluation on a $100k For Traders account and I'm now on the Master account, in profit and with no rule breaches. I can't request a single payout.
The reason is the 20% consistency rule. Your best trading day has to be less than 20% of your total accumulated profit. I had one strong day of about $5,600, which means I now need roughly $28,000 in total profit before I'm eligible for any payout. That's a 28% return on the account before seeing a cent.
Support confirmed the best day never resets, not even after a payout. One good day permanently raises the bar. Losing days make it worse, because they reduce your total profit while the best day stays the same. The system effectively penalises you for catching a big move, which is supposed to be the whole point of trading.
On top of that, payouts are capped at $15k per cycle, and you need to keep $3k profit in the account after each reward.
The rules are published, so read the consistency rule carefully before buying. If your style involves holding for bigger moves, this firm will work against you. For me, the rules make a payout close to unrealistic, even while trading profitably.
