Dear Support Team,

Dear Support Team,
I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding my recent experience.
I claimed my account 7 days ago and have still not received a proper resolution. After raising a support ticket, I waited nearly 10 hours each day for the last 3 days without any meaningful response. When I finally received a reply, I was informed that the issue would be escalated and asked to wait another 12 hours. At this point, the delay has gone far beyond what is reasonable.
Additionally, when I approached Discord support to seek clarification, instead of receiving assistance, I was given a 24-hour timeout. This response was highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a customer seeking genuine help.
I have seen several negative reviews online about your firm. However, I chose not to believe everything on the internet and decided to try your services myself through a free opportunity before committing financially. Unfortunately, my current experience has only increased my concerns.
At this stage, there are multiple unresolved issues, and the lack of timely and transparent communication is disappointing. I request immediate clarification and proper resolution of my account status.
If this matter is not addressed promptly, it will be difficult for me to recommend your services to others.
I expect a clear and final update as soon as possible.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Goat Funded. On 27/02/2026, I attempted to purchase an account. The payment was successfully deducted from my side, but shortly after, I received an email stating that my order was "Unsuccessful."
To make matters worse, I have neither received the trading account nor a refund. When I contacted support, they claimed the Transaction ID does not match the Order ID, which is completely incorrect as I have all the proof of payment.
Here are my transaction details for public record and verification:
