I have been a Finotive customer for more than a year, and until this situation I had a good experience with the company.
During my KYC verification, I made a simple mistake and forgot to turn off my VPN. I acknowledged it immediately and was fully willing to repeat the verification and provide any additional documentation required.
If I had intended to deceive the KYC process, I would have provided documents matching the VPN location. Instead, I provided my genuine documents and immediately explained the mistake.
What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled. After my first email, I received no response from the people responsible for the decision and felt completely ignored. The only person who listened and genuinely tried to help was Abdul from Customer Service, and I really appreciate his efforts.
The account was ultimately terminated and, as a result, a payout I was waiting for was also cancelled.
This experience honestly left me with the impression that perhaps it is easier to lose a profitable long-term trader at the first opportunity rather than listen to their explanation.
I respect compliance rules, but I believe a loyal customer who immediately admits a mistake and is willing to cooperate should at least be given the opportunity to rectify it.

Suitable for beginners

The internet connection went out while I was trading, and I executed the deal only once but it didn't go through. Then I repeated the orders until the internet came back, and I was surprised that multiple contracts were activated, resulting in my account being permanently closed. Is it reasonable for the company to treat a client this way? I have been working with you for 6 months and I've never done something like this. Is this your idea of support for clients? My account was closed in a frustrating way without even asking me for the reason. The company is really a waste of success and a destruction of hopes.
A lot of complicated rules and a lot of violations, and every time we bear with the company, but now the situation has become alarming and disappointing. My account is being closed for an unintended reason. Why does no one respond? No one helps.

Absolute scam of a company. I have spent so much on buying their accounts all for it to be taken away from me. They make so many excuses when requesting payout and are completely unjust. It’s prop firms like these that are ruining the industry for traders like us. Please avoid if you do not want to lose your money or have your account taken for illegitimate reasons. They do anytning but pay out lol. I hope they can be terminated for this.

Be careful. It's ask your google password even you already using login with googgle accont. Don't trust it.
