Funded Trading Plus (FT+) Black Friday 2025 Deal: 20% OFF Top Challenges

My experience with Funded Trading Plus has become extremely concerning.
The dispute began with a payout/withdrawal on my account. FTP's own portal displayed Withdrawal 52700635 as REJECTED, while FTP later maintained that the payout had been successfully processed. I repeatedly asked them for the complete ledger/account reconciliation and underlying records for my own account so I could understand exactly what happened.
On August 8, I was told that the requested ledger and payment records would be provided. Instead, weeks of correspondence followed without the complete reconciliation I requested.
FTP subsequently alleged that two $1,121.42 USDC transactions had been made and characterized one as a duplicate/overpayment. I disputed their characterization and continued asking for the underlying account records. Eventually they provided blockchain transaction information and a payout certificate, but those materials did not provide the complete withdrawal audit trail and account reconciliation I had been requesting.
Because I could not obtain the records normally, I submitted a formal Subject Access Request on August 13 seeking the personal data underlying Withdrawal 52700635, including its status history, audit information, payment records, reconciliation information and related records.
The ordinary SAR response period expired without me receiving the complete information requested. Even afterward, FTP told me that the relevant team was still reviewing the matter and asked me for additional time. I did not agree to a further voluntary extension.
What concerns me most is how difficult it has been to obtain transparent records concerning my own account. If FTP believes its accounting is correct, I do not understand why producing the underlying account history and clearly reconciling the withdrawal has been so difficult.
I have preserved the emails, portal screenshots and other documentation concerning this dispute and am escalating the outstanding SAR issue.
I also raised my complaint in FTP's Discord and, in my experience, the complaint was deleted. I found that particularly concerning given that I was attempting to raise an unresolved account-record issue.
People considering FTP should make their own decision. My experience has left me with serious concerns about transparency, record keeping, complaint handling, and the handling of my data-access request.
I simply wanted a complete, documented accounting of what happened on my own account. After approximately two months of trying to obtain that clarity, I still do not have it.

Just an update I have now received my hundred K challenge that I previously had problems receiving. They told me that the reason was is it was under DX trade platform when they no longer offer that platform which could be understandable however it did take a long time to correct but then again they did deliver eventually within one weeks time I call it like I see it so again I have received what I paid for as far as passing and receiving payouts, I will keep you guys posted because transparency and truth is everything!

The company started out great when I started trading last year.
I read the reviews and the company seemed to be fair towards traders and an upright community.
Now, I just recently discovered the company was sold to Instant Funding whom is the opposite of Funded Trading Plus.
It has been over a week, and I still have not received my payout request. The previous company policy was 48 hours, which in the past was honored.
Now, I feel like I am getting the run around after requesting updates from support and support stating the same reasons or not responding (please allow 48 hours to process payouts, your account was affected by the weekend hours, your account is still under review.)
Please avoid the company until better management is updated.

I've thought long and hard about whether to leave this review. I am an experienced trader and was funded through FT+ before. I closed my account to fund a personal trading account.
I decided to give it another go with FT+ just before the acquisition by another company and I have to say the change was immediate. The spreads have worsened, the rollover rates, the general trading conditions for swing traders are way worse. The usual prop-firm tricks have been pulled - slipping you into trades at prices far away from your orders. Stopping you out at price levels that would have broken the previous weeks highs/lows... If you are holding a trade on a Friday night that is near your entry or even slightly in profit close it - they will smash you out of the trade on a sunday evening when the market opens.
As a reference, my own personal trading account and the other prop firm account I trade for (also begining with F) do not suffer the same conditions. I've contacted them about it and they outright denied the conditions changed post-acquisition and migration to matchtrader - it is clear that this simply isn't true.

You deserve this rating because I really find it convenient to trade on FTP control platform. My advice is to tell you to release challenge details after payment the way you were doing in the past. I bought a challenge and made a payment on the 2nd of August, up till now I have not received any details of this BOGOF challenge. So please help me release the details.
