Excellent customer support and a platform that genuinely cares about its traders.
I had two passed accounts—one hit the stop, while the other made $1,123.84. By mistake, I reset the wrong account and lost both the profit and $250 for the reset. I contacted support and spoke with Mike, who couldn’t fix it directly but took the issue to management.
They went above and beyond by resetting my failed account and restoring my $1,123.84 profit. They even worked with the limited trade evidence I had available.
Really impressed with the support and how BluSky handled an honest mistake. Great platform and great team. Highly recommended! 👏

Extremely disappointing experience — $100K funded account breached without trading
I had a very frustrating experience with BluSky.
I passed my $100K account and requested KYC correction on Friday. They did not resolve it until Monday afternoon, when they finally completed the KYC and gave me access to my funded account.
According to the rules I understood, a passed $50K account should start with the same balance in the Sim Funded stage. However, when I checked my funded account on Volumetrica, I was given an account showing only a $3K balance, which made absolutely no sense.
I contacted support around 8–9 hours before writing this review to ask why I had been given a $3K account. Instead of getting a proper explanation, approximately 5 hours later the account was breached even though I had not placed a single trade on it.
I then mentioned my ticket on Discord and asked them to assist me. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, the person who banned me also blocked me, and I was banned from their Discord.
There was also a person on Discord who had sent me a friend request yesterday. I accepted it today and explained my issue to him,but he blocked me after I told him what happened. Shortly afterward, my email was also blocked from accessing their websiteand his discord name is RICH if he didn't change it after this review.
After all of this, my support ticket was simply closed with a “Good day” message instead of properly resolving or explaining the issue.
I paid for the account, completed the requirements, received my $100K funded account, and then found that the account was showing only $3K. Then it was breached without me trading on it. When I asked for an explanation, I was blocked, banned, and my ticket was closed.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I expected basic customer support and a proper investigation into what happened, but instead I was left without a clear explanation.

Worst case scenario customer service. Combative and accusatory. I demanded and received a full refund after their customer service went out of its way to harass me. They even tried to take my money for the only evaluation account I bought (and got refunded) without allowing me to access the account dashboard to have any possibility of taking a payout.
Avoid like the plague.

As a new trader I find that this Trading Prop Firm is THE Best. The Best customer service in the industry. Great performance on all levels, and static drawdown on the Launch 200k account can not be beat. Wonderful experience all around.
