I am disappointed with my experience.

I had bought their 2 10k express challenges about 1 week ago with their instant offer. I then decided to make another 2 50k express challenges yesterday. I had saved up money for quite some time just for this.
After i received the 2 50k challenges, i found out that i did not receive the 1k instant challenge that i should get. I contacted their customer support and they said that the offer i bought most recently was not the instant offer promo but the b1g1 offer. I explained that it has been about a week since their last offer (instant) and i wasn't expecting a new offer (b1g1) to arise so quickly and that was why i thought that the current offer was still the instant offer. I had also checked with the support team before i made the purchase and Christabel replied that the offer has been extended for 48 hours. On that basis, i proceeded to make payment thinking that the instant offer was still available.
I had asked if refund can be made but bitfunded said that it cannot. I am disappointed with my experience.
