Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unfair Profit Deduction and Delayed Payout

My experience with Funded Elite has been extremely disappointing.
I generated approximately $7,734 in trading profits, but my account was subsequently restricted due to an IP address issue (I used VPN because of WhatsApp calls to my mom because I live in Dubai and WhatsApp calls are restricted here). I even told their live agents that I can show my passport that I had not travelled to any part of the world but they denied. As a result, more than $5,000 of my profits were deducted.
Despite disagreeing with the situation, I remained cooperative and accepted the deduction. However, Funded Elite explicitly confirmed through their support team that 30% of my earned profits, approximately $2,320, would still be payable to me. I have documented chat records confirming this commitment.
I was informed that the review process would take three days. That timeframe has now passed, and I am still waiting for my payout and a satisfactory resolution.
The most frustrating part is that even after accepting a substantial profit deduction, I am having to chase the company for the remaining amount they themselves acknowledged was payable.
This raises serious concerns about payout transparency, customer treatment, and the reliability of their support team.
I believe traders deserve transparency, consistency, and respect when it comes to their hard-earned profits. A prop firm should honor its commitments instead of leaving customers chasing money that has already been acknowledged.
I am sharing my experience publicly so that other traders can make an informed decision before investing their time and money with Funded Elite.
I will update this review if and when my promised payout is actually received.
