Undisclosed Floating Loss Rule on the $1,000 Instant Funded Account

I recently purchased a $1,000 Instant Funded account from Goat Funded, specifically their new Instant Funded account type.
Before purchasing, I carefully reviewed the account specifications. The rules clearly stated a 3% trailing maximum loss, no maximum daily loss, no profit target, and zero minimum trading days.
However, on October 29, 2026, my account was breached because of a supposed 1% floating loss limit.
According to their breach notification, my open position had an unrealised loss of $10.56, exceeding the $10 floating loss limit.
My question is simple: WHERE WAS THIS RULE DISCLOSED?
I purchased an account advertised with a 3% trailing maximum loss. Nowhere in the specifications provided to me was there any indication that I was also subject to a separate 1% floating loss restriction.
If this is an actual rule governing the account, why wasn't it clearly stated before purchase?
It is unfair to introduce additional restrictions that traders were not informed about when purchasing an account. Traders deserve transparency, especially when real money is involved.
I am requesting an explanation and a review of this breach. I hope Goat Funded addresses this issue rather than simply pointing to a rule that wasn't included in the advertised account specifications.
