Alpha Futures Thanksgiving Offer: 25% OFF All Challenges

To be honest, I really didn't want to bring this into the public, but Alpha Futures has left me with no other choice. Every trader knows that trading is challenging, but it becomes incredibly frustrating when you work hard for your money and a prop firm refuses to pay you out.
My payout has now been delayed for almost 9 months. I know they experienced issues with Tradovate, but they explicitly agreed to settle all pending balances. Unfortunately, I still haven't received my payout, despite them sending an email promising full payment by October.
will continue to post updates here..

Paid me out after a short delay

Fast response time during business hours and efficient service

Payout denied
I wasn't going to leave this review, but since they sent me the email to rate my experience I'm doing it.
To strat off, i previously had issues using the the Alpha futures platform when it was released, i was copy trading accross multiple accounts with since i bought them, so they all have the same margin. But few trades for some reason didn't sync properly and when i was sizing in and out of my trade, one of the other account went in opposite position and soon as I realised this i closed it straight away. I contact support and they told me its a system issue and trades didn't sync properly. I was okay moving on. Those account got blown and got new ones. Fast forward 2 months later i went to request a payout and they denied me for hedging and something that happened 2 months ago on totally different accounts and i brought up the issue with them.
I contacted support and risk team and never got a response and decided to move on with life. But here's review they get since they wanted one so bad and sent me and email asking for one. You're better off going to another propfirm that doesn't have such bad publicity against it.

payout requested from 7 days approved and not payed I don't recomande this prop guys
