Extremely Poor Experience Aqua Features – Traders Beware

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with a prop firm.
I successfully passed the trading challenge and received an official certificate confirming that I met all requirements. The company clearly states that a funded account will be issued within 24 hours after passing.
It has now been 12 days, and I still have not received my funded account.
After multiple polite follow-ups, communication suddenly stopped completely. My emails are now being ignored, and there is no update, no explanation, and no support response whatsoever.
This means:
You pay for a service → you pass the challenge → you receive confirmation → and then the company simply stops responding.
This behavior raises serious concerns about professionalism and reliability. A legitimate company would communicate transparently and honor its own stated timelines.
Due to the lack of response and failure to deliver the promised service, I have been forced to initiate a credit card dispute.
❌ Funded account not delivered after passing
❌ Support stopped responding
❌ No transparency or accountability
❌ Extremely unprofessional experience
I strongly recommend traders to be very cautious before spending money here. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I successfully passed the challenge 7 calendar days ago. I contacted support to ask what happens next. I sent all the evidence they requested, but I still haven’t received any response from support. I do not recommend it. The prices do not match reality.
