AudaCity Capital — 25% OFF Ability Challenge 120K (Now $450)

My name is Ho Phuoc Tan, and I am a real trader, not a bot. I am posting this to warn everyone that Audacity Capital is a SCAM. I have all the proof, trading logs, and recorded evidence to back up my claims.
I passed two challenge stages (paying all fees) and earned profits on funded Account 158746. When I requested my payout, they blocked me and stole my profits using "hidden rules" that don't even exist in their manual.
LIES ABOUT SCALPING: Their own website says Scalping is only a violation if "MOST OR ALL" trades are under 2 minutes. I had nearly 30 trades, and ONLY ONE trade (3% of total) was around the 2-minute mark. They used this 3% to ban 100% of my hard work. This is total fraud and manipulation of their own Terms of Service.
LIES ABOUT TRANSPARENCY: They just sent me an email titled "No Hidden Rules." The reality is they have a "Payout Trap." They let you trade until you win, then they search for any tiny excuse not to pay you.
I AM REAL, THEIR RULES ARE FAKE: I am ready to provide my identity and full trading statements to any community moderator to prove this firm is dishonest. They refused even a simple account reset because they just want to keep the trader's money.
STAY AWAY from Audacity Capital. They are not a prop firm; they are a profit-stealing machine. I will be posting my full story and evidence on every major trading forum (ForexPeaceArmy, Reddit, Social Media) until justice is served.

Many years i came across Audacity Capital and realized the possibility to get rewarded for trading skills. I knew nothing about successful forex trading but i was hooked to the fact that if i only give time to learning the trading process, i had a chance to trade with funds beyond average income. Prior to this, I trader local stocks as buy side only participant of course but the word forex alone on my mind seemed like a complex algebraic algo environment or field. So, i felt discouraged. Years later, when i came across Audacity Capital, i applied to get funded and it was about to be a reality. My interview was scheduled for 18:00 GMT and i aced it based on an inherent traders' psychology and financial literacy i had developed over the years consciously and unconsciously. My interviewer, an easy going passionate and considerate lady or woman i guess, approved that i would be funded and a document was mailed to me which served as contract, terms and conditions. I was to be funded with $15,000, contract signed and all terms aligned. Unfortunately, i could not afford the 299 euros required as upfront to handle the account. I really needed to take this offer as i needed money to pay for my tuition or else, i was going to be off school because i couldnt pay school fees. To cut a long story short, i missed the offer. My consolation was that really, i didnt even know i needed MT4/5 to trade capital, i mean, i didnt know how to trade forex. I kept practicing demo, and determined that one day, i shall achieve trading success. i graduated to trading demo contest and was never among winners but ibecame more aware about trading possibilities: you know when you take a trade and hit 100% and more in a single day, hahahahah.... i wanted this. i gave time to reading and learning the skill of trading. Alas, i am here today as one of the winning traders of the March, 2026 Audacity Capital monthly competition. i made a 27% return in 30 days of the contest guys. i have won a prize for my performance in this contest after meeting all rules including trading consistency. Audacity has reached out to me to congratulate me and will be providing me with an account and gift. My dream has come true through the same Audacity Capital and i am grateful. I have been using their user friendly seamless dashboard, it is amazing and sharp. Customer support has been responsive and supportive, in addition to willingness to provide solution to every of my difficulties that relate to my encounter with them. Rolando has been supportive and available. I am looking forward to becoming one of the promising traders to the very first Proprietary firm i came across that launched me into the Funded trader and Trading competition winner that i have become today. To my interviewer of yesteryears, (Elizabeth Catherina, i am not quite sure of the name anymore), i remain grateful, that opportunity has motivated me to who i am becoming, a funded trader for the reliable Audacity Capital. this Prop Firm is great but account price high , there competitions rule , spread etc all right but account price high

I won’t make this long. I took the ‘Challenge’ account from this company. They are changing the prices so that I cannot pass the ‘Challenge’ level. I want to explain something that happened to me yesterday with a photo. The spread shows 3. I close the trade with $1000 profit. Everything is fine until I close the trade. After closing, the trade is closed from a price level that the price never actually reached. When I close the trade, the price is 159.620, but after closing, it closes at 159.517. The profit goes to waste.
