Still begging to get my fund...

Still begging to get my fund...
I was trading this company for less than two months and everything was Ok until last week on Friday(27th March 2026) when I requested to withdraw some of my funds which was just 100 USD. Do you believe till now on 2nd April (End of this day) I didn't receive my funds. Created a ticket yesterday after I sent dozens of email and no clear explanation. The ticket has no progress and every one who respond that ticket says they are solving. Just 100 USD of my funds and am still begging them. Also easter is here and there are long holiday which means they will not process until next Tuesday if they want to process it. Very disappointed. Also I would like to withdraw all my funds but the problem is you can't initiate another withdrawal until the previous one been processed.
But their condition of trading is wonderful as spreads are very low if I be honest but the problem is their withdrawal.

Banned due to article 12

In january, 2026 I purchased 2-Step Prime 50K account on BlueberryFunded, and in march I got funded, and on 13 march I was going to request a payout because I was providing every detail for a payout. Anyway on 13 march I gave a mail that was about my account, it was saying “due to article 12, my account was closed”. Problem is there is no single specific reason for this, I asked them to explain my specific breach, but they did not respond. Since that day I have been mailing them for a respond, but there is no single explanation for me. I do not recommend this firm to anyone they do not even respond to my problem.
