Rithmic ninjatrader connection

Instructions on how to connect to ninjatrader via rithmic are outdated, misleading and/or do not address the questions a user faces when setting up the connection. For example, instructions say use your bluesky credentials in ninjatrader when actually you need your rithmic credentials, which can be found within your bluesky desktop.
