I have recently submitted my second withdrawal request, I did not receive a response to the first for over two weeks, despite constantly chasing.
The second was submitted and the next day I received an email stating I had breached 3 rules. The first of those rules occurred during the first phase, not the second that I was requesting a withdrawal from.
The other two breaches related to hold time (apparently XAUUSD is 5 mins rather than the usual 2 mins), the next we due to average lot size, this uses some complicated calculation with different % over and under the average.
I would definitely avoid this firm, these rules are hidden in the small print and designed to stop you earning. No warnings or messages on the dashboard of this, they don’t tell you this has occurred until you request payout, could have save a lot of time and money knowing this upfront.

I requested my payout from Bullwaves on 12 September 2026, and as of 17 October 2026, I still have not received my money.
I have emailed them several times asking for an update, but all I receive are the same generic replies. Nobody has provided a proper explanation for the delay, and they have not even told me when I can expect to receive my payout.
This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I should not have to keep chasing a company for my own money without receiving a clear answer. Repeatedly sending generic responses without addressing the actual issue is not acceptable customer service.
At this point, I am deeply disappointed with the way Bullwaves has handled my withdrawal. The lack of transparency and communication has seriously damaged my trust in the company.
I want Bullwaves to provide a clear explanation for this delay and give me a definite date for when my payout will be processed. I should not be left waiting indefinitely with no meaningful response.
I am sharing my experience so that other customers are aware of the difficulties I have faced. All I want is my money paid out and a proper answer from Bullwaves.

Unacceptable payout delay and wrong profit split since September 4th.
I submitted a withdrawal request for my withdrawable profit of $932.5, and my account dashboard shows 'Waiting Withdrawal' with every single trading and consistency rule 100% green and fulfilled. Yet, I have been waiting for over 40 days.
Agent Neve via email keeps giving me the exact same generic response about a 'Risk team review' with no specific timeframe, and recently my emails are being ignored. I am very disappointed with this complete lack of communication and professionalism. Please process my payout immediately.

i think its a scam better stay away from this company for now. will happy to change the review if they payout my withdrawl.

Be careful with this company. Waiting a long time for my payout now. You will receive nothing else as just excuses.
