I recently passed the profit target for my CK Capital challenge, but I've been stuck in a loop with the consistency rule. While I’ve put in the work and hit the numbers, the dashboard is extremely laggy and slow.
​Because the data doesn't update in real-time, it’s been nearly impossible to track my consistency percentage accurately it keeps fluctuating and making it difficult to know where I stand. I have already reached the profit goals, but I haven't received my credentials because of these technical delays.
​I’ve tried reaching out via email with no luck. I'm hoping the team can do a manual review of my account ([D#2132475] and provide the credentials since the profit target is met and the platform issues are out of my control. I really want to move forward with the firm, but the lack of response and the laggy interface are making it a draining experience.

Enough with the jokes—this is a scam, plain and simple.
How can anyone give a 5-star review based on the support?
I hope you regret those 5-star reviews.
This company doesn’t pay out.
Worse yet, every inquiry is bluntly answered with, “Do you have a ticket?”
Then… nothing. No more contact from the oh-so-great support team.
I feel sorry for the mods and staff members, too—they’re probably being taken for a ride as well.
And now there’s a new CEO, too.
It’s just sad.
