## Funded Account Denied Over an IP Address I Didn’t Use
**This is a genuine review based on my personal experience — not a bot or copied template. I’m being as honest and transparent as possible.**
I’ve been with Alpha Capital Group for around three years. After around six months of work, I successfully completed **both evaluation phases**, including recovering from drawdown twice.
When it came time to move forward to the funded account, my account was terminated over an IP discrepancy during KYC.
I personally completed the verification and did not use a VPN, proxy, VPS, or any IP-altering service.
I also offered to complete a second KYC verification or an interview to prove that I personally completed the verification, but this was declined.
I disputed the decision and submitted a formal SAR to understand what happened. What makes this more confusing is that the unfamiliar IP provided by ACG **appears to be registered to Google LLC**, raising questions about whether it could have been associated with Google, Gmail, Veriff, or another intermediary rather than my actual connection.
**Since October 1, I have received no response, including no response to my SAR.**
I’m asking ACG to explain where this IP came from, provide the relevant information, and properly review the decision.
I’m documenting everything here and will continue updating this review. **If I do not receive a proper SAR response within the applicable timeframe, I will consider escalating the matter to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).”
Until this is resolved, I’ll leave it to readers to decide whether ACG is a firm worth trusting or one to avoid.
If ACG resolves this fairly, I will update the review accordingly.

flagged me for cid somehow, I trade my account alone and they still flagged me. I was happy to provide all the proves but they said account closed full stop. I mentioned that I use public wifis sometimes to trade as I don’t trade at home all the time provided my devices names and the locations I usually trade from, and simply said my account and someone’s account “edu” were linked to the same device somehow bare in mind I do not know anyone called edu and no one accesses my trading accounts and I’ve never shared it with anyone.
Ridiculous…
