Alpha Capital Group: 40% Off Evaluation Accounts

My experience with Alpha Capital Group has been extremely disappointing, particularly regarding its Risk Management Group, the termination of my account, and the handling of my pending performance fee.
I successfully passed Alpha Capital Group’s evaluation process twice. However, on both occasions, I was placed in the Risk Management Group. From my perspective, this felt forced, and I was disappointed that passing the evaluation did not prevent me from being placed under additional risk restrictions.
Being placed in the Risk Management Group affected my trading conditions and imposed additional restrictions on my account. I continued working within the programme and eventually met the requirements to have my risk restrictions lifted after achieving two successful performance fee payouts.
Later, Alpha Capital Group terminated my account, alleging that MetaTrader 5 device identifiers (CIDs) associated with my account had also been used to access accounts belonging to other traders. The company classified this as shared-device activity and coordinated trading.
I was shocked by this allegation because I personally traded using my own iPhone 14 Pro Max and my own SIM/mobile network. I did not knowingly share my account access or authorise anyone else to trade on my behalf.
I explained my situation to the Risk Team and provided a screen recording showing my iPhone and MT5 account. I also supplied my original Alpha Capital Group Risk Interview invitation and explained that I had attended the interview using the same iPhone. I asked the team to review its interview records and investigate the device associations before reaching a final conclusion.
Unfortunately, the Risk Team maintained its decision and informed me that the violation was not open for dispute and that further correspondence would be limited.
My dashboard and associated accounts were then terminated, and I am now unable to access my account. This means I cannot access my trading dashboard or review my account information normally.
Another major concern is my pending performance fee of approximately **$1,200**. At the time of termination, this withdrawal was still pending. The termination notice stated that pending performance fee withdrawals would not be paid, leaving my expected payout at risk.
I also requested the account numbers associated with the CIDs mentioned in the notice so I could better understand the alleged device overlap. The Risk Team indicated that these account numbers could be provided upon request, so I submitted that request. I am still waiting for the requested information.
My concern is not that a proprietary trading firm should have no risk controls. My concern is the lack of a meaningful opportunity to understand and respond to the technical evidence behind such a serious decision, particularly after passing the evaluation process twice, being placed in the Risk Management Group twice, complying with the programme, and working towards successful withdrawals.
I am extremely disappointed with my overall experience with Alpha Capital Group. Based on my personal experience with being placed in the Risk Management Group twice despite passing the evaluation process twice, the termination of my account, the lack of a meaningful opportunity to dispute the allegations, and my pending payout of approximately $1,200 being put at risk, **I would not recommend Alpha Capital Group to other traders.** I strongly encourage traders to carefully consider my experience before deciding to purchase an account with this firm.
