pricing is reasonable, they respond within a day via email which is not bad because they answer your qstns clearly. They must look into the TradeLock platform, it is very frustrating it want you to reload all the time; please consider MT5, I never had problesm with MT5 and I'm still using it wi the other broker it never freezes and never want you to keep reloading. I purchased an Alpha Funded Instant Funding account and had a frustrating experience with their customer support.
My dashboard showed only 1/5 minimum profitable days, even though my trade history appeared to show multiple days with net profits above the required 0.50% threshold. I contacted live chat, shared my trade history screenshots, and requested an account-specific review.
The chatbot assured me that a support agent would connect with me shortly. However, I waited for more than two hours without being connected to a live agent. I found this disappointing, as traders need timely assistance when they have questions about account statistics and payout requirements.
After posting my review about this experience, I received an email from Alpha Funded stating that my account had been terminated and my profile banned from all future Alpha products and services. The email also referred to my negative 1-star review.
My intention was to get clarification about my account statistics and share my genuine customer support experience. I was not trying to unfairly damage the company's reputation.
I have asked Alpha Funded to identify the specific rule I allegedly violated and to reconsider its decision to terminate my account and ban me from future products. So far, I have not received a satisfactory resolution to these concerns.
I am sharing my experience so other traders can make an informed decision. I hope Alpha Funded improves its live chat response times, communicates its account rules clearly, and provides a transparent explanation for account-related decisions.
I will update this review if the company provides a clear explanation or resolves the matter.
