$5,464.80 payout denied for "IP inconsistency" after I told them I'd travel

I was the only person who ever traded my Two-Step Classic funded account, from my own devices. On October 25, 2026 I requested a $5,464.80 payout. The same day it was rejected and the account was hard-breached for "IP Address Inconsistency / third-party account management."
Before I started this account I told support I would be travelling back and forth between Wisconsin and Georgia. I was told it was not an issue, just send plane tickets if asked. I sent my airline confirmations and offered to re-verify my ID and do a live video call.
Their evidence was log entries showing my home town and another city at the exact same second, or 2-3 seconds apart, one of them McLean, Virginia, a major data-centre hub. In my view that is one session seen through two network routes, not two people. Their reply says "GeoIP is not GPS" and that city labels alone are not proof, but they kept the denial because they could not "authenticate every disputed event exclusively" to my devices. Then they closed the case with no further review.
Public court record, worth checking before you buy: in CFTC v. Traders Domain FX Ltd., et al. (U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, case 1:24-cv-23745), the court-appointed Receiver lists "Alpha Trader Firm, LLC - owned and controlled by Defendant Santi", and the receivership was expanded to include it on March 13, 2026. The Receiver's Ninth Report (filed Oct 23, 2026) states that the owner kept exercising control over Alpha Trader and "misappropriated the income", including more than $3.4 million paid to American Express. The reports are public at tradersdomainreceivership.com. (The current alphafunded.com terms name Alpha Tech LLC, Dubai, as the operator.)
The only reason they gave was the IP logs; no trading rule was cited. If you travel or use mobile data, know that this firm denied my payout over IP logs I had no way to control or disprove.
