AquaFunded 40% OFF — All Accounts (Nov 6–13) + 150% Refund

I am writing this review to warn other traders about my unacceptable experience with AquaFunded's payout process.
The Facts:
1. I submitted a payout request on 1st October at 13:32 Dubai time (Account 915014. Client Amount: $2,863.92, 90% profit split, Crypto withdrawal).
2. According to their official FAQ "Reward Guarantee", the 24 working hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Dubai time) expired on 6th October.
3. On 6th October at 17:50 Dubai time, their support explicitly promised an update and confirmed: "You will receive mail from us today." I received nothing.
4. On 7th October, I followed up in their Discord ticket quoting their official terms and requesting a concrete payout date and the $1,000 Reward Guarantee compensation.
5. CRITICAL EVIDENCE OF BAD FAITH: After I submitted these legitimate requests, AquaFunded support DELETED my messages from the Discord ticket. They tagged their COO (@Lewis | COO) who provided no timeline or transaction ID.
6. I sent them a formal email notice. They replied with a generic template email (from "Davy") apologizing for the delay, showing my status is still "PENDING", but completely ignored my request for the $1,000 guaranteed compensation, ignored the deletion of my messages, and provided no concrete payment date or transaction hash.
7. I have strictly stopped trading as required, yet my funds have not been paid. (I have kept all screenshots of the chat history, the deleted messages, the template email, and their published terms, and can provide them to Trustpilot's compliance team upon request).
They have breached their own published 24-hour payout guarantee and are actively trying to avoid accountability. Traders, please be extremely cautious with this firm.
Update (8th October):
I want to provide an update on this ongoing issue.
Despite my repeated follow-ups, AquaFunded has still failed to provide a concrete payout date or a transaction hash.
Instead, their support team continues to copy-paste the same template response on Discord: "This has been escalated to the backend team, please wait for email." They are completely ignoring their own published $1,000 Reward Guarantee compensation.
To be clear: I have followed all trading rules. I proactively asked support if I needed to provide any additional documents, and they explicitly told me: "There is nothing required from your side at this time."
I am keeping all screenshots as evidence. Until the funds are in my wallet, I will keep documenting this case. Traders, be warned.

Avoid, this platform, I have not received any payout from them since I deposited, it has been from one problem to the other. I will never advice anyone to come near.

Scam, ghetto blocked my account while I was in profit because of “price oscilation”

Dont use this propfirm! As soon as you can have a payout they say you third party traded and they breach your account. No evidence behind it and only points to their rules.

This is fake propfirm breach without any reason
