My Experience with AquaFunded – Unfair Payout Rejection
I am extremely disappointed with AquaFunded. My payout was rejected due to alleged reverse trading, and my accounts were marked as breached. Despite asking for a clear and verifiable explanation, the Risk Team continues to rely on screenshots and refuses to reconsider its decision.
I believe my case deserves a fair and transparent review. Traders should receive clear evidence of any alleged violation and a proper explanation before their payouts are denied. Simply repeating the same decision without addressing a trader’s concerns is unacceptable.
I am requesting AquaFunded to review my case again, provide verifiable trade records supporting its allegations, and release my legitimate payout if no valid violation is established.
Based on my experience, I strongly encourage traders to carefully review AquaFunded’s terms and payout policies before purchasing a challenge. I hope the company takes customer concerns seriously and resolves disputes fairly.

Disappointed and requesting a fair review
I am very disappointed with how my case has been handled. My funded account and payout were rejected because of an alleged copy trading violation, which I strongly disagree with.
I trade manually based on my own market analysis, stream my trading sessions on Kick, and regularly publish my analyses on Instagram. I also have TradingView analyses from October 6 and 7, as well as a livestream recording from October 15, which I believe are relevant evidence of my trading process.
I contacted support several times to explain my situation, but I was eventually told that the decision was final. I understand the importance of trading rules, but I believe every trader deserves a fair opportunity to present evidence and have their case properly reviewed.
I am not looking for an argument. I am asking for transparency, a genuine review of my evidence, and a fair resolution regarding my account and pending payout.
I hope the company will contact me directly and give my case another chance.

Two payouts totaling $2,700 remain unpaid – support stopped providing meaningful responses
I am leaving this one-star review based entirely on my personal experience with AquaFunded.
My first payout request was submitted on September 25 for $1,350.
After waiting without receiving the payout, I contacted AquaFunded support multiple times. I was repeatedly told that my case had been escalated to the relevant team or backend department and that I should wait for an update.
However, despite repeatedly following up, I did not receive a clear explanation of what was causing the delay or a specific date for when my payout would be processed.
On October 8, I submitted a second payout request for another $1,350 from a different funded account.
As of October 20, both payout requests remain unresolved. That means I currently have two pending payouts totaling $2,700.
I have contacted AquaFunded through support tickets and email multiple times regarding these payouts. In the beginning, support responded and repeatedly told me that the issue had been escalated and that I should continue waiting.
Eventually, however, I stopped receiving meaningful responses about the actual status of my payouts.
At this point, I still have no clear explanation for the delay, no confirmed processing date, and no clear information about when I will receive the $2,700.
I want to be fair and make something very clear: I have successfully received payouts from AquaFunded in the past. This is not a review from someone who has never received a payout from the company. I had previously received multiple successful payouts.
However, my recent experience has been completely different, and that is exactly why I am posting this review.
Traders should also be aware that, based on my personal experience, AquaFunded may require a video interview during the payout process. I personally had to complete a video interview for a previous payout before it was eventually paid.
I also want to share what happened when I discussed my unresolved payout situation in AquaFunded's Discord community.
When I posted about my pending payout and asked about the issue publicly, my messages were deleted. Based on what I personally experienced, comments that reflect negatively on the company or raise unresolved payout issues may be removed from their Discord.
After I continued raising the issue about my pending payouts, my Discord account was temporarily muted for 24 hours.
Instead of receiving a clear answer about my two pending payouts, I experienced repeated delays, messages being deleted, a temporary Discord mute, and support that has still not provided a meaningful resolution to my payout issue.
My biggest concern is no longer simply that a payout is taking longer than expected. My concern is the entire way this situation has been handled.
I have two payout requests totaling $2,700, the first dating back to September 25, and I still do not have a clear answer about when they will be processed.
Based on everything I have personally experienced during this situation, I no longer trust this company.
I strongly recommend that traders do their own research and exercise caution before purchasing an account with AquaFunded. In particular, traders should be aware of the possibility of payout interviews and consider how payout delays and support disputes may be handled.
I am documenting my experience because I believe other traders should be able to make their own decision with as much information as possible.
If AquaFunded eventually processes and pays both of my outstanding payouts, I will update this review accordingly to reflect that the situation has been resolved.
UPDATE – October 21, 2026:
There has now been another development.
Yesterday, after I continued raising questions in AquaFunded's Discord about my two unresolved payouts totaling $2,700, I was muted for 24 hours.
This morning, I discovered that I had been completely removed from the AquaFunded Discord server.
My two payouts are still unresolved, and I still have not received a clear answer about when they will be processed.
To summarize my experience: I raised concerns about my pending payouts, my messages were deleted, I was then muted for 24 hours, and now I have been removed from their Discord server entirely.
I am documenting this update because it is part of my personal experience with AquaFunded. I have kept screenshots and records of what happened.
If AquaFunded resolves and pays my two outstanding payouts, I will update this review accordingly.
