Atmos Funded Black Friday Deal: 20% Off 50K-100K Accounts

I purchased multiple accounts from Atmos Funded and paid a total of £2,870 in fees.
My trading activity was reviewed by the company and payouts were approved and processed successfully. At no stage was I informed that I had breached any trading rules or engaged in misconduct.
Despite this, I was later informed that I was permanently ineligible to continue using the platform. Atmos confirmed in writing that this was a risk-based decision rather than the result of any rule breach.
After losing access to the service I had paid for, I requested a refund. Instead of offering a straightforward resolution, I was presented with a waiver agreement containing confidentiality and non-disparagement provisions as part of any proposed settlement.
I was also informed that Atmos would not proceed with negotiations unless I first removed my public reviews regarding the matter.
I attempted repeatedly to resolve the issue amicably and professionally, but the company has now withdrawn its settlement offer entirely and stated that it will no longer engage further.
To summarise my experience:
£2,870 paid in account fees
No rule breach identified
Payouts reviewed and approved
Permanently excluded from the platform
Refund refused
Settlement withdrawn and communication ended
I have retained full records of all correspondence and will now continue pursuing the matter through formal dispute channels.
Based on my experience, I would advise traders to carefully consider how disputes and account exclusions may be handled before committing significant funds.

I’ve now received my second payout from Atmos, and both transactions were completed without issues. The platform has been reliable, transparent, and easy to use. Definitely a positive experience overall.

My experience in this has shown me how to manage risk efficiently and protect capital first before thinking of profit. I wish 2 step phase could allow weekly payouts instead of 2 weeks.
