Total Scam prop firm, there are NO REAL PAYOUTS! Nexus and Partners gets you to buy an account claiming to split profits. ITS A SCAM

You all take forever in revewing accounts, moving from one phase to another or to the live accounts should be instant once one meets all the required targets. These are simulated accounts and its frustrating to just sit around for days waiting for a review on simulated accounts.
The review should be automated in a better way to reduce the transitioning period. You should learn from your competitors, most props after passing a challenge they immediately send you the next phase details and you can start trading the same day.
It might seem small but one misses alot just waiting for your team to review and it beats logic since if it was a breech it would have been detected immediately and an email sent informing you that, how comes you systems are only fast when it favours you guys, thats not right.
Years ago you were considered one of the best props but many have come up as competitors of late and most have overtaken you guys beacuse of such small concers, you can definately improve on that.
Also have a support system that allows me to interact with a live agent on the dashboard instead of having to raise a ticket each and every time i have a concern or question which takes days for a response to be provided, it will greatly impact your business positively, pple do not like waiting aroud, time is of essence.

Scammers!!! They Fabricate reasons to breach your account once you are profitable. They make all sorts of excuses not to pay you also.
(This is the 1st time I have done such an indepth review. I need to warn my follow Traders)
So this is my full experience with Audacity Capital.
I passed a 10K challenge and went on to have a 1st payout. I requested the payout on 24th March 2026. I got no acknowledgment of the payout request, no email nothing. So I thought I did something incorrect. I went to the traders dashboard and requested the payout a 2nd time.
On 30th March (7 days later) I got an email from them stating that my request to withdraw was REJECTED because it was duplicated!! I sent them an email protesting saying that the reason that I requested a 2nd time was because I got no acknowledgment of the 1st email.
My thoughts then was...how can you reject a traders payout if they were careful to follow all your rules? The pay out was rejected on a grounds that had absolutely nothing to do with trading or keeping to their rules. 1st Red Flag.
In any event they probably thought the better of it and eventually paid me the 1st payout.
Enter my 2nd payout request
So I carefully traded the account to a 2nd payout.
This time it was again REJECTED!!. They said that I copy/reverse traded with another firm. I was like WHAT!! Madness!! I have NEVER and will NEVER do something like that. They sent me some random pictures of my trades next to GOD knows who's trades and said that when I sold this firm bought the same lot sizes. So that means that I am in collusion with them.
So I went on to ask for proof....Company's name etc. They did not provide any info.
They emailed me seemingly concerned saying they will do a deeper dive into the trades. Then after 2 days they sent me an email saying that they were correct that I copy traded some firm. They could not provide any info on who it was and how exactly they came to that conclusion. They not only REJECTED my payout but they BREACHED my account.
My dear traders. Trading is hard enough. You spend your time, hard earned dollars, pain and suffering to qualify an account taking losses after losses. When you finally have a hard earned payout it is a really a BAD thing for a Prop Firm, because they don't want to pay you, make up reasons to decline your payment.
If I breached a rule I had no problem with them saying my payout was declined. But Audacity Capital is just dishonest. That's a whole different level of BAD. Also what is MOST upsetting to me is that they are accusing me of under handed practices and dishonesty when they are the ones being dishonest.
I really wish there was some Government Body we could report to, to deal with such unethical behavior by these Firms.
Update: 7th May 2026
I was contacted by Audacity Capital. They said they would give me my payout. However they wanted me to revised my 1 Star rating here and take down my review on Prop Firm Match. I told them to keep their money. My integrity is worth more than the payout. ($480) or so.
Be warned guys. Not nice people!!
