I bought a instant starter account, did a 7 day profit streak within 15% consistency and 7 trading days, requested a payout, after 30 mins, payout rejected, they says you created multiple profiles and purchased multiple accounts, i said them how's possible that my KYC is approved in other accounts while in mine personal account i did through my Cnic, they said thats possible and IP is also same, and rejected payout

I am writing this review to warn other traders about my extremely frustrating experience with Blue Guardian.
I purchased a $5,000 Instant Funding account (Order #930170) and paid using crypto via Binance. The payment was successfully processed from my end and confirmed on the TRC-20 (Tron) network . Funds were delivered directly to their gateway's wallet address.
However, instead of activating my account, their system marked the transaction as "unsuccessful." They claim there was a currency/network mismatch, making absurd technical excuses despite the fact that TRC-20 is the network standard for Tron (TRX) and both share the exact same wallet address structure.
I provided complete video proof, Binance withdrawal receipts, and blockchain TxID details. Their payment processor (Confirmo) acknowledged receiving the funds but refused recovery due to an arbitrary fee threshold, while Blue Guardian support keeps delaying the issue by transferring my ticket from agent to agent without activating my account.
They have taken my money, verified that the funds reached their payment gateway, and are still refusing to give me the account I paid for or refund my money. This is completely unacceptable behavior for a prop firm. Traders beware—do not waste your hard-earned money here!
