On 12th September

On 12th September, I would have purchased a Propel 200k static account with this firm.
So I created a support ticket on 12 Sept asking for the rules and how this product works. And now it's been 3days and still counting with no sign of support, no mail and nothing.
With this experience, I'm going to rate them a 2stars and also not purchase an account with them because what else is next? Payout delay? No!
I see lots of 5stars and I'm not a hater . this is my honest experience. Thank you
