Ive submitted a withdrawal request on the 29th and heard nothing at all i contact live support every otherday and get the same generic answers emails are not responded to its getting ridiculous now ive waited long enough and this is last resort to try get some answers!!

I submitted my withdrawal request on the 28th of August and is still outstanding!! I have sent numerous emails asking for updates but get the standard apologies it’s with risk management for review emails. I have emailed 3 times since their last email and now they are completely ignoring me!!! I’m happy to revisit this comment once my withdrawal is processed but they are not acting professionally!! Please give me an update!!!

No hay nada más gratificante para un Trader, que el que se vea reflejado todo el esfuerzo que ha hecho al saber llevar la cuenta con todas las reglas, como manda la empresa, encontrar una estrategia que después de muchos pruebas ha podido dar con la que le ha hecho obtener muy buenos resultados y llega el momento esperado, el más esperado que es el poder, hacer tu primer retiro, y no hay nada más frustrante y desmotivante que a la empresa se le haya comprado la cuenta te ignore por completo como ha sido mi caso que después de más de 20 e-mails que he mandado me han respondido a cinco si acaso, pero siempre con la misma excusa y con la misma respuesta, que ya me parecía una tomadura de pelo, es que después de más de un mes de haber solicitado el retiro te salgan siempre con la misma explicación tonta y te digan que el departamento de revisiones no ha respondido, y me parece ya un cuento, el que siempre estén diciendo lo mismo que ya aparece una tomadura de pelo y una falta de seriedad de esta empresa, quiero hacer esta reseña para explicar y para dar a conocer mi desastrosa experiencia con esta empresa de Prime BullWaves quiero dar a conocer que esta empresa no paga y quiero que cada tráiler que quiera comprar una cuenta ni se le ocurra comprársela a esta empresa porque te van a tomar el pelo como me lo han tomado a mí y lo peor de todo es que como no dan respuesta la cuenta está bloqueada porque todavía sigue figurando en el Dashboard como retirada pendiente y por eso no me deja ni operar ni hacer absolutamente nada es muy frustrante después de tanto esfuerzo y haber podido conseguirlo llegue el momento de la retirada y esta gente no lo haga… ojalá esta reseña le llega a muchas personas porque me gustaría mucho que se den cuenta que lo peor que pueden hacer es negarle un pago cuando se ha hecho un excelente Trading y unas operaciones impecables todas con su SL y su TP puestos en el mismo momento que se abre la operación con un lotaje solo del 0,5-0,7 % se nieguen a pagar ojalá y no os compraran más cuentas

Worst prop firm ever, so harder and harder rules, payout waiting months then didn't get payout cause of new rule added, but before the request wasn't that rule, support is maybe AI chatgpt, all other answers questions different,rules are like all day new rule and harder and rule that barely or impossible to get payed..
