I passed the challenge expecting to be eligible for payouts once funded, but later found out I had to make the same profit target again on the funded account before becoming eligible for a withdrawal. This requirement was not clearly communicated, and I couldn't find it in the FAQ. After spending money on multiple account resets and eventually passing the challenge, I built my funded account to nearly $9,500 in profit before learning I still had to make $10,000 to qualify for a payout, which would come after. The lack of transparency around the payout process was frustrating and ultimately led me to stop using the service.
Also, once you get into the Discord you will be spammed by I think bots to join a paid trading group with Dan. Kind of felt weird, I kept saying no, not right now and 2 min later another message. Only reason I came into the discord was for admin support, because some things are not clearly explained in the FAQ. The second star is because the admin support aren't that bad they will respond, you place a request and they typically get back to you if someone is online, but it doesn't mean they will have the best answer.

This company lacks good interpersonal relationship with customers.
I bought an account, went to my dashboard and signed into the account number generated on my dashboard.
A 100k account I traded to 107,000. I got disabled this morning, chatted them this evening, they said the account I have been trading was a duplicate account.
Now, let me tell you in details, the account I traded was 115672, the second account generated was 115673. I never touched the 115673 account, because of course I don't have any business with that account.
They disabled the first account their system generated which is 115672, now they are claiming the first on is a duplicate account. How can your first be a duplicate????
I have asked they move my balance to the account they claim is the one that is ok since it is their fault the system duplicated the account number and considering that I have never touched this second account, they are claiming they can't
So a customer is punished for their system glitch

This is a scam company. They never pay, I waiting 6 months already. Only one response: you need to wait more.
You will lose your money, never use them!!!
