CK Capital – Payout Still Pending After More Than 35 Business Days, Support No Longer Responding
I want to publicly share my extremely disappointing experience with CK Capital.
Initially, I was satisfied with the company. However, everything changed when I requested my payout.
As of October 9, I had already been waiting 35 business days for my withdrawal. Today, October 20, 2026, my payout is still pending.
Even more concerning, CK Capital has completely stopped responding to my messages.
I gave the company a final deadline of October 16 to resolve this situation, but that deadline passed without any resolution.
Following the launch of their new website, my pending payout also appeared to disappear from my dashboard.
I have been patient and given CK Capital multiple opportunities to resolve this issue privately.
My experience raises serious concerns about payout reliability, transparency, and customer support.
I strongly encourage other traders to research payout experiences carefully before purchasing an account with CK Capital.
I will continue sharing documented updates until this situation is resolved.

Outstanding $3,132 payout, misleading payout expectations, and serious concerns about transparency
I requested a payout of $3,132 from CK Capital on June 8, 2026, and it remains unpaid.
A CK Capital moderator publicly stated that first payouts took 10 business days and subsequent payouts took 7 business days. The same message discussed plans for “guaranteed payouts within 48 hours.” Despite these payout expectations, my withdrawal remains unresolved.
CK later acknowledged that my payout had not been denied and was still in its review queue, but could not provide an exact resolution date.
I have personally experienced 2 seperate restrictions, blocked for 20 days each in the Discord community after raising payout concerns and the lies about 48 hour payouts. The funded-trader chat was subsequently removed, making it harder for traders to discuss their experiences openly. I have also personally experienced what I consider to be efforts to silence criticism, and I have concerns about accounts in the Discord server that appear to present themselves as ordinary traders despite behavior that raises questions about whether they are automated. I can provide documentation of my experiences and concerns.
Another serious concern is a statement attributed to Daniel Cheung, CK Capital's director, in which he disclosed that the company had considered closing the prop firm and not paying traders because that was considered the easier option. This is an extremely concerning statement in the context of outstanding payouts. I can provide the documentation I have relating to this statement.
I personally know other traders experiencing similar issues, and we have retained documentation of our own cases. Reviews under both CK Capital and CK Propfirm the new firm they made to continue they're illegal practices as a prop firm. They're still having payout delays and restrictions on discussions. Blaming the migration and deleting are comments in the bug issues section and general chat
I understand that verification processes can take time, but customers deserve clear communication, consistent payout policies, and a meaningful resolution when withdrawals remain outstanding.
I am requesting payment of my $3,132 outstanding payout and a clear explanation for the delay.
I am willing to provide screenshots, support tickets, payout records, Discord communications, and other supporting documentation to Trustpilot for review. Other affected traders are also willing to provide their own evidence.
It's unfortunate that we have people in the world taking advantage of others in such a difficult line of work. I encourage prospective customers to read the reviews under both CK Capital and CK Propfirm carefully before making a decision.

I had a wonderful experience with Ck prop firm especially their support team they are cooperative and helpful in solving any kind of queries

Very bad prop firm! I am waiting for 2 payouts and they are always finding a reason to delay that. One of my funded accounts(of 3) because of the Equity. Never happen me before, and i was almost asking for the 3rd payout but my Equity was 80$. The same trade went a little bit down, and they closed my account. For the other payouts, it’s been more than 3 months, and still not received it. Go to other props like funded next or something similar and leave this one.
