E8 Markets: 10% Off Evaluation Accounts

Very disappointing customer experience
I have purchased numerous Challenge accounts from E8 Markets and have therefore been a regular paying customer.
To be perfectly clear, I am not complaining about losing my Performance account. I accepted the drawdown breach and never asked E8 to change its trading rules or restore that account.
What disappointed me was their attitude toward customer loyalty.
I asked for one complimentary new Challenge as a goodwill gesture, considering my purchase history and the fact that I did not always benefit from the 10% Retry discounts. On some occasions I paid full price, and on others the Retry was not made available to me in time before I purchased another account.
Despite explaining clearly that I was not requesting a Performance account reset, my request was repeatedly answered as though that was what I was asking for. After my final clarification, the response from their Technical Support Lead was simply to wish me the best in my future trading.
After all my purchases, this left me with the unfortunate feeling that at E8 Markets you are more of a trader/account number than a valued customer. I found no real recognition of customer loyalty or genuine commercial relationship.
Of course, a company has every right to refuse a goodwill gesture, just as a customer has every right to decide where to spend their money.
Based on my personal experience, particularly the commercial attitude I encountered, I cannot recommend E8 Markets and I personally strongly advise against this company.

I completed the verification process on E8 yesterday and took 4 trades. My account is currently only around 1% in loss, with no major issue.
But today, I’m being asked to go through the verification process again before I can place trades on TradeLocker. This is extremely frustrating and feels like a very poor system and service.
If my account was already verified yesterday, why am I being asked to restart the entire verification process again the next day?
Honestly, this has been one of the worst and most irritating experiences I’ve had as an Indian trader. Apart from this issue, I have no other complaints, but this verification system needs serious improvement.

I got paid in a day and half was just 100$ which i can’t tell they frequently pay, in case anyone wants a bigger size account, however i don’t why after years they became the worst industry based the rules… they were so flexible, now everything tight so it gives time to them… but what about traders, they have their community yeah but, still better options out there, my account after withdrawal got a tight trade to make couple of them… but they closed my trade in the middle of session which i still had a trade for use no matter the margin normally prop firms let it do it until close (TP or SL) but since i know E8 in 2022 I regret now to anyone get their accounts with them… just be wisely, the more tight and “fast” u get is not to become faster profitable, instead is just long term time wasted and money left in the table. Any way thanks, in general great with service.

E8 MARKETS — MY TRUST IS COMPLETELY GONE
I honestly don’t know how to describe how disappointed and hurt I am by my experience with E8 Markets. I successfully passed challenges totaling $200,000, putting in my time, effort, discipline, and money. I trusted this company and believed that if I followed the rules and achieved the targets, I would receive what I worked for.
But after all that effort, E8 refused to give me the funded account and instead accused me of a KYC violation — an accusation I strongly disagree with.
This situation has affected me emotionally and mentally. It’s extremely frustrating to work so hard, pass $200K in challenges, and then feel like everything can simply be taken away from you at the final stage.
My trust in E8 Markets is completely gone. I no longer feel that I can trust this company or feel safe putting my money and effort into their programs.
Honestly, this experience feels like a scam to me, and I want other traders to be extremely careful before spending their hard-earned money with E8 Markets.
Passing the challenge means nothing if the company can refuse to give you the account afterward. I am sharing my experience because I don’t want another trader to go through the same emotional and financial disappointment I experienced.
