25% Off E8 Signature Model Launch with $50K Accounts for $98

The active promotion provides a 25% reduction on the newly restructured E8 Signature model, bringing the entry cost for a $50K account down to $98. This offer coincides with the transition of the Signature program to a single-step evaluation structure without altering the E8 One model.

Explanation of the new structure

This update consolidates the E8 Markets Signature line into a singular “SimFi™” one-step challenge model. The previous multi-step options, known as “Track” and “Classic,” are removed to establish a single path to the performance phase. The discount applies to this specific new structure, which now includes support for NinjaTrader and Tradovate for futures trading, alongside MetaTrader for forex and crypto.

The pricing structure under this promotion is fixed as follows:

  • $50K Account: $98
  • $100K Account: $198
  • $150K Account: $298

Who this may suit

This offer may suit traders specifically seeking a one-step evaluation process rather than multi-phase challenges. It is also relevant for futures traders requiring NinjaTrader or Tradovate connectivity, which are now explicitly supported under the Signature model. The reduced entry fee on larger account sizes, such as the $150K option for $298, may appeal to those looking to maximize capital exposure relative to upfront cost.

Who should be cautious

Traders who preferred the previous “Track” or “Classic” multi-step models should be cautious, as this update removes those specific configurations from the Signature lineup. Additionally, while the entry cost is lower, the transition to a one-step model typically entails specific risk rules that differ from two-step evaluations; traders should verify that the new “SimFi” parameters align with their strategy before purchasing.

What this discount does not change

The promotion does not apply to or alter the “E8 One” model, which remains unchanged. Furthermore, the discount represents a reduction in the initial purchase price only and does not modify the drawdown limits, trading objectives, or risk criteria required to pass the evaluation.

Not helpful customer support

I worked with them, took payouts too. But whenever I had a problem, they didn’t try to find a solution, they always had answers/excuses. I bought many accounts from them and didn’t have big complaints. But when I needed help 2–3 times, they didn’t help their loyal customer. They make giveaways, but when their long-time customer needs help, they are not helping.
I wrongly bought cTrader. Later I wanted to switch to MT5. I said this in live chat, but I didn’t see any answer and closed the chat. I checked my email for 3 hours, nothing happened. So I tried to use cTrader. I downloaded it, but I didn’t enter any username or password of my E8 account. I traded like I was in a cTrader demo. After 1 trade, I noticed it was connected to my E8 account and stopped trading immediately. My balance didn’t change significantly from that trade anyway.
When I contacted E8 support again, they said they couldn’t switch it because I had already made 1 trade. So I accepted it involuntarily. While trading, because of my own mistakes and because I couldn’t find the settings of cTrader properly, I lost my account in 10 minutes. I never blamed E8 when I lost using MT5 before. But this was mainly caused by being forced to use cTrader, so I told them I was a loyal customer and that I was seeking help from their company.
They said they could make a one-time exception at the beginning if I hadn’t made many trades. But at first they didn’t say this, they just said: “No, you already opened 1 trade, we can’t switch to MT5.” Anyway, they didn’t give any discount/help to a loyal customer about this situation.
After this, I asked for deletion of my account and they helped very well haha. The next day after I deleted it, they sent an email saying they were giving all Gibbs Club members a 50% discount, also giveaway accounts, etc. When I needed help, nobody cared. But just a few hours later they did this huge discount campaign. They make big gifts for random users, but not for their loyal customer who already spent a lot with them.
Today when I clicked Trustpilot, I decided to write this.
Do they pay your winnings? Yes, I can’t blame them for that. My biggest payout was $1000, and I made 2–3 payouts without problems. But I can’t comment about very big payouts because I didn’t experience that.
My main complaint is that they are not helpful when you have a problem. So I’m being honest and not giving 1 star — in my eyes, this is a 2-star company.
Gold spreads are only good thing i saw, oil spreads are not good. Also, trailing drawdown is a big trap. Don’t waste money on it, choose static plans in my opinion.

You want me to report on you to TrustPilot? OK - - -

In my two-and-a-half weeks as a customer of E8, I have found them to be impersonal, unresponsive, and uncaring.
I have received 15 e-mails from E8 during that span. Not one contained the name of or was signed by a person.
Last Tuesday, I drew down my challenge account past the drawdown limit and received a message that I found condescending, impersonal and uninformed with such comments as: "we regret to inform you"; "Remember that not every day is a winning day in trading"; "We believe in your potential".
I responded to their cancellation with this:
Thank you for your note.
I have been struggling to get my EA, which runs successfully on TradingView when written in PineScript, translated into Python so that it runs successfully on TradeLocker. I was premature in launching it onto your platform—hence the excessive drawdown. I continue to work on the EA. Do you know of anyone or anything that can translate my PineScript into Python??
Also, when I signed up with E8, you had a special going (dedicated to the winner of your largest all-time payout) which offered to give me two tries to win the challenge for the price of one. Could you please verify that and if possible, reinstate me with TradeLocker for my second challenge. If not, please let me know how to purchase another challenge.
Thanks—
Three days have gone by and I have not received a response. Absent a reply, I was prepared to bite the bullet and buy a fresh challenge but I could not find the “retry button” they told me in my turndown letter to use. And when I tried to order a new challenge from the online interface, it was denied for no stated reason. I notified the company of this two days ago but once again, no response to date.
To add insult to injury, it appears that in terminating my account, they also deleted all of the work I had done developing my Python code.
In the course of my association with E8, I was never once asked “How is it going with TradeLocker?” However, two of their e-mails did urge me to report my experiences with E8 to TrustPilot. Why would they think that my experiences would cast positive light on their company?
