This prop firm is the worst and higher…

This prop firm is the worst and higher than the average pricing. I did this prop firm because of a promo, Beat the Beast. Passed eval same day, got funded, traded minimum required days and got 1 payout, not fast either. Traded the minimum days for the 2nd payout. No payout instead they want me to go live with a 1300 drawdown. Sure no problem, this took almost a month to even get a live account setup, other firms get you setup within a day or couple. Finally after setup I take a trade, set my TP, SL and walk away. It was not the only account I was trading at the time. Got an alert that my TP hit, cool 4 of 5 accounts are green, 1 red. It's my ETF thats red because the buffer is not $1300 its actually $250. Try taking another trade but it's locked out for almost a week. Took another small loss but this time they decide to close the account. So in total I lost about $400 out of a $1300. I see all the time on their chat of people who have multiple accounts and when they request a payout they get moved to live instead of paid, even if it's their 1st payout. Do not deal with this headache of a cheap firm. Go with anyone like Funded Futures Family, Funded Futures Network, Lucid, Hell even Apex. I've gotten multiple payouts with these Firms with little to no issues. I hear Topstep is great but never had a payout. Elite Trader is trash

You’re right that the live account setup took too long, and we’re sorry for that. That is not the experience we want traders to have at the point of transition, and we’re working on tightening that timeline.
On the transition itself: moving to Live Elite is not a substitute for paying a reward. Our Terms provide that ETF may transition a trader to Live Elite before, during, or after a reward request, and this is disclosed at purchase. The allocated balance and drawdown parameters on a live account are set separately from simulated balances, and they’re determined by account performance and qualifications rather than carried over.
On the buffer: if what the dashboard displayed did not match the actual threshold on your account, we want to look at that directly. That is worth checking rather than leaving as a complaint.
