Your vague rules regarding the additional persecution of traders are a serious problem. The ability to evaluate results based on rules that aren't precisely defined beforehand is way over the line. I will try to find more serious company in this industry. If it exists...

I had a very disappointing experience with this prop firm.
After interacting with them normally and without causing any issue or damage whatsoever, I suddenly received a generic message stating that they had internally decided to terminate the business relationship and permanently prevent me from purchasing any new challenge.
What I find most concerning is not even the decision itself — every company is free to choose its clients — but rather the complete lack of transparency and professionalism in the way this was handled. No explanation, no evidence, no clarification, and no willingness to discuss the matter. Just a final “non-negotiable” decision communicated through a cold template response.
In my opinion, this is not the level of professionalism or customer care one should expect from a serious financial services company. Transparency and communication are fundamental, especially in an industry where trust is everything.
I am sharing this review simply so that other traders are aware of how situations like this may be managed.
I wish them good business nonetheless, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.
