We believe in transparency, fairness, and treating every trader equally. However, we also believe it’s important to provide the full context behind this review.
Throughout your time with FOREXIVE, we have made several efforts to support you on your trading journey. This included complimentary account resets, exclusive discounts, and multiple special offers, all with the intention of helping you progress towards the funded stage.
To address your allegation regarding unpaid profits, we have reviewed our records and can confirm that there has never been a withdrawal request submitted by you. You have never reached the withdrawal stage, and therefore, there have been no profits withheld or withdrawal requests rejected by FOREXIVE.
Your accounts were unfortunately failed during the evaluation process. Even so, we continued to support you and made several exceptions to help you get another opportunity.
Most recently, after failing your funded account, you contacted our support team requesting another complimentary reset. Unfortunately, we could not approve this request, as providing further free resets would go against our commitment to maintaining fairness and equal treatment among all traders.
We understand that this decision may have been disappointing, but we cannot make individual exceptions simply because they are requested.
FOREXIVE does not make excuses to withhold traders’ profits. We have a straightforward approach: if a trader meets the requirements and is eligible for a withdrawal, we honour it.
We are always happy to support our traders, but fairness and transparency must work both ways.

Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify the circumstances of this case.
Your KYC verification was not successfully completed. Due to a technical error in our automated system, a funded account was nevertheless generated when it should not have been.
We fully acknowledge that this error occurred on our side, and we sincerely apologised for the confusion and inconvenience it caused.
However, successful KYC verification is a mandatory requirement before a funded account can be considered valid and eligible for rewards. Once the issue was identified, we were therefore unable to process the requested reward from an account that had been issued incorrectly.
As we accepted responsibility for the system error, we offered a full refund of the challenge fees paid. Although a refund timeframe of up to 14 days was initially communicated, the full refund was completed within approximately 36 hours, which the reviewer has now also confirmed.
We would also like to say that we genuinely value the trading skill you demonstrated. It would have been a pleasure to have you onboard as one of our traders, and it is unfortunate that this situation prevented that from happening.
At the same time, we are required to follow our compliance procedures and applicable KYC requirements consistently, and we cannot override those requirements where verification has not been successfully completed.
We understand why this situation was frustrating, especially after the funded account had already been issued. The refund was not intended to avoid responsibility; it was provided precisely because we recognised that the technical error was ours.
We have also reviewed the relevant process to help prevent the same issue from occurring again.
