Great Experience with FTUK – Payout Approved
I’m very happy to share my experience with FTUK after my latest payout was successfully approved.
What I appreciate most is that their risk team actually reviews the trading activity carefully. As long as you understand the rules, manage your risk properly, and trade consistently, the process is fair.

My account was deactivated due to the 30-day inactivity rule. It was actually my mistake, as I miscalculated the dates because August has 31 days.
I contacted FTUK support, explained what had happened, and they kindly reactivated my account as a gesture of goodwill.
I really appreciate how they handled the situation. If they were only interested in making more money from customers, they could have simply rejected my request and told me to purchase a new account instead.
This experience gave me more confidence in FTUK and showed me that they value their existing customers. Thank you to the support team for being understanding and helpful.

Extremely Disappointing Support Experience – I Have Decided to Leave FTUK
I am writing this review specifically to share my experience with FTUK’s customer support and explain why I have decided to stop trading with FTUK from today.
Previously, I had to wait for around a week for my payout because of the Rise onboarding/verification issue. During that period, I spent days trying to get a clear answer and resolution. After I eventually shared my experience on Trustpilot, FTUK stepped in and arranged an alternative payout method, and I did receive my payout. I appreciated FTUK for finally resolving that issue.
However, receiving my payout does not change the overall support experience I have had.
I have contacted team ftuk regarding my concerns, and from my personal experience, even when I explain that an issue is serious or causing me significant stress, getting a timely and meaningful response is extremely difficult.
Sometimes I have to send multiple emails just to receive one reply, and even that can take more than 24 hours. After waiting all that time, instead of receiving a clear answer or solution, I am often simply told to wait again.
The AI support experience has been equally frustrating. It repeatedly asks whether I want to be connected to a human support specialist. I repeatedly say yes, but I still end up waiting for an actual human response. Being repeatedly told that an issue will be escalated means very little when nobody follows up afterward.
What FTUK needs to understand is that these are not always small or casual questions for traders. When your hard-earned payout is stuck and you don’t know when or how the issue will be resolved, you naturally keep checking your emails throughout the day and even at night, hoping for a response. Having to chase support repeatedly while your money is involved creates an enormous amount of unnecessary mental stress, anxiety and frustration.
A trader should not have to spend the entire day worrying about whether support will reply to an email. When someone explains that their situation is serious, they expect at least proper communication, updates and some sense of urgency — not silence followed by another request to wait.
Even after my payout was resolved, I contacted support regarding other genuine account-related concerns, including my payout certificate and my trading buffer situation, and once again I found myself going through the same cycle of emails, waiting and chasing for responses.
I was actually considering purchasing a larger FTUK account, but this experience has completely changed my mind. Trading itself already involves enough pressure; I do not want the additional stress of wondering whether I will be able to reach support when something important happens with my account or payout.
Therefore, despite receiving my payout, I have decided to stop trading with FTUK from today and move on.
I am not saying that FTUK did not pay me — they did, and I acknowledge that clearly. My decision is based on my overall experience with customer support, the extremely slow communication, repeated waiting, lack of proper follow-up, and the amount of stress I experienced while trying to get important issues resolved.
For me, receiving a payout is not enough on its own. Reliable and responsive support is equally important, and unfortunately my experience in that area has been extremely disappointing.

What a great experience with the team of ftuk. Their discord community is really something else. Got help after i requested my payout with Rise. I wanten to change this to Crypto. Got it within 3 hours.
