FTUK 35% Discount and $200,000 Account Pricing

Denied a payout over a discrepancy FTUK's own systems created, no review offered!
I've been trading a 50K FTUK account and hit 11% profit, well past the 10% target. My consistency score, however, shows an inflated 37%, and it comes down to a single trade and a platform inconsistency FTUK never disclosed.
On August 23rd, TradeLocker showed my daily PnL at $0 for that day. Based on that, I closed a trade for $1,015 profit, treating it as a standalone trading day. When I checked the FTUK Dashboard afterward, that $1,015 had been folded into Saturday August 22nd's total, creating a combined $2,160 profit day. Turns out TradeLocker's daily reset and the Dashboard's daily reset run on a one-hour offset. Nothing in the platform tells you this (at the time)! I had no way of knowing the trade I closed would retroactively get merged into the prior day's number until after it already happened, and by then it couldn't be undone!
That one mismatched trade is the entire reason my consistency score is blown out. Recalculated with that trade on its own day, as I believed it was when I placed it, my consistency score comes in under 20%, which would make the account payout-eligible.
I asked for an account/payout manager to review the history with this timing discrepancy in mind. FTUK offered no relief, no adjustment, and no real acknowledgment that their own platform's mismatched daily windows were the direct cause of the failure. If your two systems don't agree on when a trading day starts and ends, that's on you to disclose clearly, not on the trader to guess. Funding a trade based on data your own dashboard shows, then getting penalized because a second internal system quietly disagreed, is not a fair way to run a payout process.
Passing a challenge only to get disqualified by a platform bug you can't see and can't fix in the moment is not what I signed up for. Be careful trusting the in-platform PnL numbers at face value — they may not match what actually counts against you!
-- Side note, I did notice they recently added a rollover timer in the Dashboard. Well that's great now but was no good to me in August when the trade that blew up my consistency score occured!
