Hello guys, I want to write my honest review about Ftuk, I’ve been trading since june, and I can tell its a pretty solid propfirm, with a great Discord Support (Best mod RZ❤️), and a good risk dep team. Im leaving 3 stars, because I think the payout process is the most important stage for a funded trader, and with Ftuk I personally always waited 3+ days, just for review. So I this is a solid vote for this firm.

After having a few issues with FTUK they reached out to me and sorted everything. The customer service of the person who reached out was 5*

There is another unresolved issue that I have been trying to get answers on: my refund.
FTUK confirmed that my $209.40 refund was processed on September 3, 2026. However, the money has still not been credited to my SBI Mastercard debit card/account.
I have already provided FTUK with my bank statement showing that the refund was not received.
I then asked FTUK to provide the refund reference number / ARN / payment-gateway tracking number so my bank could trace the refund.
No reference number has been provided.
The transaction details I received only show:
Amount: $209.40
Merchant: ftuk.com
Order: #174341
Status: REFUND
RRN: Blank
A status saying “REFUND” is not enough for my bank to trace the money. I have specifically asked for the actual refund transaction/reference details from the payment gateway.
So at this point I have two separate unresolved matters:
1. $2,579.20 payout dispute — I am asking FTUK to provide the exact calculations for all 6 flags.
2. $209.40 refund — FTUK says it was processed on September 3, but I have not received it and have not been given the refund tracking/reference number requested by my bank.
@FTUK_com — I am not asking for another account or a generic response.
Please provide the actual refund reference/ARN and the payment-gateway confirmation showing when and how the $209.40 refund was successfully processed.
I have kept the emails, transaction records, screenshots and bank statement.
I am asking for documentation and a clear resolution.

However, I note that the RRN and ARN fields are blank in the refund transaction.
I have checked with my bank and the bank has not yet confirmed receipt or credit of this refund.
Therefore, please provide the ARN, RRN, or equivalent payment-network/acquirer trace reference for the USD 209.40 refund, if one was generated.
Please also provide:
Payment processor/acquirer name;
Original payment reference linked to the refund;
Refund settlement date/time and timezone;
Any processor-level reference that my bank can use to trace the refund;
Confirmation of the payment method/card to which the refund was sent, with sensitive information masked.
I understand that your internal gateway shows the refund as “SUCCESS.” However, my bank needs a payment-network/acquirer trace reference to independently determine whether the refund reached the receiving bank/card account.
Once you provide this reference, I will submit it to SBI for tracing.
