When I first discovered FTUK, I considered it one of the better prop firms. However, my recent payout experience has made me seriously question the transparency and consistency of the process.
FTUK’s policies are very clear. They state that certain violations, such as HFT or three or more trades closed in under 30 seconds, can result in an immediate hard breach and account closure. If FTUK determined that my trading violated one of these rules, my question is: why wasn’t my account closed at the time of the alleged violation, as the policy clearly states? Why was the account allowed to continue trading and only raised as an issue when I requested a payout?
I submitted my payout request almost 8 days ago and still have not received a clear final decision or explanation. I understand that accounts may need to be reviewed, but traders deserve transparency about what rule was allegedly violated, how it applies, and what the final decision is.
If the system cannot consistently enforce the rules when violations occur, then I believe the system or the way these policies are enforced needs to be reviewed.
I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for clear communication, consistency, and transparency. Right now, this experience makes me hesitant to continue trading with the confidence that my future payouts will be handled fairly and clearly. I will remain prudent with FTUK going forward. ✌🏽

I've been with FTUK for some time now, and they have become a really important part of my journey as a trader.
I've been trading for a number of years and now work professionally within trading education and coaching, but having the opportunity to trade funded capital through FTUK has helped me take another step forward in my own trading.
What has stood out for me most is the support and communication from the FTUK team. Whenever I've had a question or needed clarification on something, I've been able to speak to the moderators and get a genuine response. You never feel like you're just an account number, and I've built a really good relationship with the team over time.
I've now successfully received multiple payouts from FTUK, and I've just had another payout approved. The process has always been straightforward, and it's a great feeling when you see the work and consistency you've put into your trading rewarded.
FTUK has also helped me become much more structured in the way I approach funded trading. I'm far more focused on risk management, consistency and protecting my capital, rather than simply trying to make as much as possible as quickly as possible.
There are a huge number of prop firms out there now, but my personal experience with FTUK has been extremely positive. Having traded with them for a considerable period of time and actually received multiple payouts, I can speak from genuine experience rather than simply reviewing a company after purchasing an account.

It's been a fantastic journey so far, and I'm looking forward to continuing it with FTUK and hopefully achieving many more payouts in the future.
