Risk rule on Phases/Challenges are different with live accounts. Very strict risk rules that will make most of those traders fail their accounts and purchase a "soft breach reset" (40% fee of the one you purchased). well, maybe that's their way to make profit and pay other good traders though. Good customer service though, fast to reply. But yep, beware of the Risk per symbol rule. very tricky if you are trying to recover the account from drawdown.

I am a certified financial analyst with years of active trading experience, and I am formally disputing the wrongful termination and payout denial of my account (#148538).I successfully completed my challenge objectives and completed the mandatory Risk Team live interview on Tuesday, May 26. Despite following every explicit rule in the firm's documentation, the Risk Team sent an email attempting to deny my full payout of $6,449. They cited vague, subjective terms like "gamification" and claimed a shared MQID footprint even though I personally own and manage two separate accounts on the same dedicated $800 enterprise VPS system, a practice explicitly confirmed as permissible by their own support staff.Curiously, the firm simultaneously offered a full registration fee refund in exchange for a liability waiver agreement, proving they lack solid empirical grounds for contract termination.I have formally rejected their waiver agreement via email and demanded the release of my rightful earnings. Frontline support staff (specifically Support Manager Jerry) tried their best to assist, but the compliance department is operating in clear breach of their promised 72-hour turnaround time, causing operational disruptions to my livelihood.I am leaving this public review to hold Funded Elite (Quantum SRL) accountable. I will update this post immediately if management acts in good faith and processes my full payout.
