I have contacted Funded Trading Plus by email regarding an important question about my account and activation, but I am still waiting for their response.
I understand that support teams can be busy, but I would appreciate a timely response, especially when the issue involves my trading account and payment.
I hope FT+ support will get back to me soon and clarify my questions.

FT+ is a great prop firm! I got my payout in under 48 business hours after requesting it. After they were acquired by Instant Funding, there were a few minor glitches, but their services are fully back in focus and even stronger now. I bought a 2-Step Classic account to test things out, and the entire process—from purchasing the account to getting paid—was fantastic. Excellent work by the team!

I worked with your firm as an affiliate for approximately two years and referred a significant number of students and clients to your platform. Many of these clients purchased accounts based on my recommendation and the trust they had in me as an affiliate.
Unfortunately, a large number of my referred clients later faced serious issues with their accounts. Their accounts were breached or restricted without what they considered to be a clear or satisfactory explanation, and their withdrawals were withheld under the reason of your “risk policy.” Subsequently, the company moved its operations out of Pakistan, which made the situation even more difficult for my clients.
As a result, many of the students and clients who joined through my affiliation suffered financial losses and lost their trust in both the company and, consequently, in me. Since these people joined the company because of my recommendation, I personally took responsibility and compensated a number of them from my own pocket, despite the fact that I was not responsible for the actions or decisions taken by the company.
I also contacted the company and requested that my outstanding affiliate commissions, which I had already earned through my previous referrals, be released to me. I explained that I was willing to use those funds to compensate my affected students and clients and, after resolving these issues, rebuild their trust and potentially continue bringing new clients to the company.
However, I was told that I could only receive the commission if I brought a minimum of 250 new clients/accounts. Given what happened to my previous clients, it is unreasonable to expect me to bring new people when their trust in the company has already been severely damaged.
I am therefore requesting that you reconsider this matter and release the affiliate commissions that I had already earned during my two years of work. These commissions are related to my previous referrals and should not be made conditional upon bringing a new minimum number of clients.
I have already suffered reputational and financial consequences because of the problems faced by my referred clients, and I have personally made efforts to compensate them. I believe releasing my outstanding commissions would be a fair and reasonable way to address at least part of the losses caused by this situation.
I would appreciate a clear response regarding the status of my outstanding affiliate commissions and a reasonable resolution to this matter.

FTP still has not provided the promised substantive response or the underlying ledger/audit records. I have now also been blocked from their Discord while the dispute remains unresolved. I cannot say why they blocked me, but I am documenting the timing along with everything else. This company is BLATENTLY keeping away my right to information on my account and changing financial information after the fact. This is BAD. You don't let things like this slide AT ALL.
IF THEY ARE DOING THIS TO ME...THEY WILL DO IT TO YOU. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL.
THEY HAV ETOKD ME THEY WOULD REPLY TO ME IN 48 HOURS FOR ALMOST 3 MONTHS. OUTRAGEOUS. This company is literally doing bad book work or they are refusing to follow the LAW. BE SO CAREFUL dealing with these folks.

If you’re happy to let your money sit in a company’s bank account while they drag their feet and leave you waiting indefinitely, then congratulations—this is the prop firm for you! They’ll gladly take your money, but when it’s time to give you access to a trading platform, suddenly They all wants you to ‘be patient.' I miss the Old FTP!
